Default quick tips

I will post a account on how i healed myself. in the meantime I have a couple quick tips for everyone.

I am sure you have noticed that the condition is worst when you are tired. so do not stay up all night searching "the cure for prostatitis"

If you are lying down about to sleep and you feel really crappy, you know achy and uncomfortable... force yourself to get up and stretch on the ground until you feel slightly better. then sleep. when you stretch dont just focus on your pelvic floor muscles and hips, do stretches for all your body parts. increasing your circulation and well being for the whole body. increasing your bodies ability to heal.

i know it is hard to get up when you are lying there restlessly watching tv or you tube videos. but force yourself to get up and stretch.

no cure will work unless your body is functioning well.
sleeping well is important in all healing.

When you are to depressed to even think about your prostatitis, take care of other things that are bothering your health, get your teeth fixed, take care of your skin, all of these things can waste your bodies energy. your immune system is hard at work fighting bacteria in your mouth. this is just one example but you need all your soldiers fighting the same battle right?

dont stop doing things you love, and try new things even though you feel like crap. depression definitely inhibits healing, be positive, negative, grumpy and bitter haha but dont let yourself become depressed and if you already are, focus on that before you take on the disease.

soon you will be having sex like a rock star again.
stress doesn't help the situation either so believe in yourself, whoever you are.

-mike

"I will beat this" You have a great attitude and i know you will. I did do bekrim yoga when i was really in bad shape, its kind of a will power strengthener.
Certain poses increase the circulation to your reproductive organs, which is good no matter what treatment you are doing.

I did find an article about yoga for prostate. I will post it tonight when i get home.

You do not have to do heated but it sure does feel good afterwords.
The important thing is moving around.

Yes i beat this without a prostate massage, and i will provide more details. I have a lot of work to do tonight but i am really interested in sharing everything.

"jofus" You are right, people all over the internet are taking advantage of this disease. I was a sucker and spent way to much money on crap. All the while i was telling myself "your health is the most important thing". This is true but you have to keep your sense.

I love how supportive you guys are to each other and I really wish i would have found this kind of support when i was going through it.

I do want to start collecting success stories, please email me if anything you do helps you.

I made a video on juicing for prostatitis for you guys, I have not recorded the voice track yet. If you guys are interested and don't want to wait for me to record it, I can just post the transcript.

just let me know.

I was planning on doing fresh veggie juice only diet as a way to help my body heal its self. I would be very interested to see what you have to say on that subject.

I am sure there is more information on these vegtables, I wrote this late a night right after filming the juicing. I will post a link to the video to so you guys atleast see what i was trying to do (:

Hello from pureprostate.com
Your watching juicing for prostate health
Vegetable juice is best within 15 minutes of juicing. Your body starts absorbing the nutrients as soon as it reaches your gum line.

First you got to buy your vegetables
Go to your local whole foods or whatever store sells organic produce. If your lucky you may have a farmers market nearby where you can get a great deal on organic veggies

For this prostititis coctail
You will need

Carrots
Beets
Ginger
Turmeric
Kale
Apples
Grapefruit
garlic

Parsley would be great in this recipie to
I just didn’t think of it while I was at the store.

More greens for health benefits more fruits for taiste.

You should wash off all the chemicals, insecticides and dirt. Basically all the things you don’t want to eat. You can buy all kinds of vegetable scrubbers, they all work fine, if you cant find one the rough side of a clean sponge will work.

Kale contains a bunch of Chlorophyll vitamin c, iron, calcium, vitamin a, vitamin k and ton of other beneficial vitamins and minerals. Its recommended for almost every ailment in juicing health books. We will be using two kinds of kale, green kale and dyno kale.

Turmeric has natural anti inflammatory effects. Strengthens bones, powerful antioxidant,
And recently there is reports that it can slow stomache and prostate cancer
There is a wonderful article about it on greatestherbsonearth website <link removed> with all the sources sited. With prostititus were pretty much in it for the anti inflammatory properties. Provides temporary relief and allows the prostate room to heal.

Ginger is in the same family as turmeric it settles the stomach, works better than any prescription for motion sickness in clinical trials and lots of other great things, but most importantly for sufferers of prostititis it increases circulation. Since the prostate has little blood circulation, you need to keep it going as best as possible in order for other treatments to work, or your bodies natural healing process.

Spinach is a strong anti oxidant, it contains lipoic acid, which helps all the good vitamins and antioxidants regenerate. It has loads of vitamin c, which is really essential to your body’s natural healing process.

Beats help you build good blood, strengthens your prostate, increases sexual stamina, normalizes blood pressure, and detoxifies the liver. The beat tops are a major mood booster, which is great because prostatitis can be terribly depressing and a weak will, can inhibit chances of recovery.

Apples are full of flavonoids and polyphenols, which are being studied for all kinds of positive things, they break down bad cholesterol and detox the liver, which is good for your whole body. When your juicing lots of dark greens, and vegetables with strong bitter flavors, apples balance it out and makes the drink taiste great
Don’t juice the seeds though, they contain arsenic which is poison.

Grapefruits are full of Calcium, Phosphorous, Potassium and lots of vitamin C, they can cure fatigue which is a common side effect of prostatitis.

Garlic is a strong antibiotic, which is good incase of any remaining infection, it’s a big energy booster and immune system builder. It greatly increases circulation and lowers blood pressure.

Parsley is full of good stuff and was traditionally used for the prostate (or that general area) it can also give the juice a little extra freshness.

I don’t really use the carrot tops, I am not sure about there benefits, for now they go in my compost pile. Maybe you guys can fill me in.

You should cut everything in a way appropriate for your juicer.

Apples need to be cut in a way that excludes the seeds. You can use a special tool for this or just go at it with a knife.

Won't let me watch the vid.

I am getting very worried that I will never cure this. It feels like I constantly have to urinate , and it really sucks.

There is a thread on another forum that is worth reading through, a lot of info that I think is relevant. I hate to post a link to another forum on here, but I really think that thread is usefully to a degree. https://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/sho...400#post263400

sorry jofus
the video should work now
kind of silly without the talking
I just learned that juicing nettle is really good for the prostate
it is really important to be patient, find something fun and distracting, concentrate on curing the disease when your spirits are high.
there are a lot of times dealing with this issue, when i felt completely defeated
You will get over the disease.
its not easy that's for sure.

I am thinking that this infection, or at least the one I have, is along the lines of mycoplasma. I don't know if juicing alone is going to beat that.

Jofus.......( the constant urge to pee with very lttle success when I go) I have the same symtom it is my main symptom it has got alot better I think it is either The exercise I been doing or it is the probiotics I have been taking The exercise I been doing is called kegel you lay on ur back wit ur knees bent suppported by pillows place your hand on your pubic bone tighen and draw in the muscles around the anal opening (as if you were trying to stop in the middle of peeing) you will feel the muscles lift towards your pubic bone and squeeze the your but shut. Hold this for 5 to 10 sec do not hold your breath try to keep your your belly inner thigh and buttocks relaxed do this 30-80 times a day be sure to relax between contractions it suppose to help you learn to relax your muscles in this area

The probiotics Ive been taking are acidophilus with pectin

I hope this helps

I think your right jofus, it will take a lot work to heal. I do think that juicing gives you lasting energy that helps you get through the process. I was not suggesting it is the cure.
