jofus it was easy getting the lugols but the potasium iodide it not commercial distributed easliy.

how much lugols do you suggest to be both agressive but not to much to get any more health problems?

i read that some girl said candida can become immune to iodine after 3 weeks so stop for 3 months then go back on it again. but that seems long and i wonder if correct at all..

thanks jofus my lugols is at 10% and i have already done three drops today. i also read that mms is #1 and lugols is #2 in fighting fungus. i feel i need a break from mms and load up on Vit C so i am happy to find another powerful agent.

I don't know about candida geting immuned to iodine, but I can't rule that out. You are suspose to start slow with iodine and see how it goes. I think the recomendation is 3 drops of lugol's / day. I am 10/day right now with no hiccups, but everyone reacts different to that stuff. Make sure you are taking the supporting vitamins with it. Selenium is important, vit c, magnesium, salt(unrefined sea salt). You can also experience detox syptoms and sometimes feel worse when you are taking it. Iodine yahoo group is a great group to join and check out for info.

What did you pay for and where did you get your lugol's from if you don't mind me asking?

I have had a prostate problem for about 5 years, but it only involves urinating a lot (5 times a night). when I gotta go, it has to be now, also dripping afterwords. I think that the stuff about pus may be something else or a complication. the doctors who deal with this are urologists. I hope to have an operation to fix this but first I have to get my blood sugar down and that hasn't happened. I hope this helps. The surgery is the best cure as far as I know. I also take a pill every day to bring down the internal swelling and make urination easier. It helps but only partially. My advice is check it out with a good urologist. Good luck

hey lovelife,

mms is great. try it. it is cheap and will help over all general health. i went a little crazy on it but as you know i was suffering very much. i am on lugols now taking a break from mms but will be back on mms in a few weeks. i am on 8 and half weeks of the candida diet and loving it. i take anti fungals but dont need to as the lugols is doing that job right now. i read a site where a woman has done the same cleanse as i am doing. mms for months and then she did lugols. she claims to have beaten candida.

look if you cant find a bacteria then it is most likely fungus. follow that course of action if you want, it cant hurt and you will eat right thus feeling better.

my new uro used a term chemical prostatitis which is new to me that is pressure causing inflammation. ie biking bus drivers and horse back riding. if thats not the case try the ani fungal route. mms is great for that. if you have fungus it most likely is in your body and you need a whole body cleanse approach.

some people here on this site and else where think you can eat fruit and other stuff sweet or whole grains. i found it made me worse off.

i made mistakes like tofu, feta cheese, smoked salmon and others but i only do raw veggies and lean meats by choice. no tuna or big fish.

follow what you want but i say look at how bad you are, when you want to get better and decide what is your approach and go for it. i am not 100% but i know what i am doing is working and see the goal line.

i may have trouble for the rest of my life because of the 8 weeks of the "ciprofloxination" that caused in my belief and my new uro's belief the terrible reaction and suffering.

ironically when i went to the first uro i told him to check for fungus and i believed thats what i had. he laughed and said it surely wasnt and what i had i got from my girlfriend. nice eh? never have i tested for any bacteria. my new uro told me that it is called antibiotic syndrome. i looked it up and it is everywhere.

again nothing is certain but it is working for me and i have a direction and i am heading in it.

good luck and if you need a mms contact i have a sweet lady here in canada that will send what you need.

if you readanything on mms it kills all pathogens. it takes some time to get into the prostate. it moves through the body and kills first what it comes into contact with. cleaning your colon too may help. if it is inflammed it will cause pressure on the prostate.

a hair analysis would help too. it seems that if you have candida you will be short on copper. (a good indicator)

but i have not had a proper test for candida just my last uro agreed that i would and seem to be suffering from (his words) yeast/fungus. he said no medical labs are set up for proper tests.

its sad what we go through and doctors treat us like cars in a garage. they just expect us to live like this.

anyway mms really helped me. i am on a break taking lugols which i really believe is doing something great too. heres the kicker they are both dirt cheap and impressive. i am taking 6 drops of lugols 4 times a day. i am soon picking up sski and will do that next. the diet is going to stay as its been 2 and a half months and it is working. i take syntol and fivelac too. syntol is what i read better and i belive it too is a big aid in my recover. i wont stop till it is dead gone, crushed and unable to return.

i hope this helps anybody that has serious pain and no bacteria ever found.

good luck i will be cured. lovelife look into mms and know it is not harmful. i took crazy amounts and i know it did wonders for my nasal pathages and chest as i was a toker forever. i suffered the runns but it was well worth it. there is tons of literature on the web.

thats what i had bud and more. i dont really know what mms does other than what i read but it may have sped up the healing process. what you are describing sounds like intestines. they could be inflammed. again i found relief in a prper colonic. find the best one in town it pays off to get the best. get rid of toxins from abx and dope and rotten food that yeast fungus and bad bacteria live off. i found mms with kegels really helped me. one time i felt and heard an internal pop. i then had more blood in my units. warmer and looser. i kept going as it is said mms takes a bit to get into the prostate. it kills what it comes into contact with first. so you will be in better health by the time it reaches your prostate. you have to go through some big detoxing (major dumps) but it is worth it. i bought 4 oz for 30$ and did a ton. i have 2 oz left. i will start again soon and may do a maintenance dose daily or weekly.

i have a contact for you i posted it before but if you want i can post it again.

i take fivelac which i bought the first month of cp but was brain washed against the idea of it being yeast. again i was healthy before massive abx. so it makes sense that my balence could be thrown off. so again diet is important.

i had pain left of the belly button and lower right of the belly button. one of my uros said i should see another kind of doctor because that wasnt any longer in his field. well i never had the issue there before his 8 weeks cipro. the 4 weeks bactrim made it worse.

now i take the fivelac and syntol which i have read is better and safer. syntol impressed me.

when i used to stop mms i would get more symptoms when i stopped this time i started lugols and syntol and fivelac. this time i continued to improve.

i would take mms reguardless of what you are treating. the non infected theory was never my feeling or my mind. glad i followed what really my symptoms are and were.
mms will take carfe of what abx wont or what abx have done.

here is a site i read today that i enjoyed.
www.tuberose.com/Prostate.html very good read
