No bits. Spreadable.

Ooops, my bad. The goat milk is naturally homogenized

Poor quality neoprene hose. Cannot remember the product (Chinese), but the temp control on the molding was so poor or the elastomer was so cheap, it smelled like a tire fire in the box.

That's just plain NAAAAASTY....

But yeah, I know the feeling. It's like those shower heads that heat up water, sometimes on the cheap versions you wind up coming out smelling like burned rubber due to the bad hose quality... And doesn't really matter how many times you shower, because the hose is the issue.

My sister saw it, said "don't worry, it's just a little mold." Mine gets like that too."

Well. Scrubbed, cleaned, chlorined, rinsed, scrubbed and ran a good vinegar rinse thru and let soon to be ex husband know. He doesn't mind.

I like my glass perker.

Any one try that Bullet Proof Coffee I have been hearing about?

"Bullet Proof Coffee"?? What is that? I haven't even heard about it... Hmmm Google time.. You know, you really should include info when you talk about stuff... Now I gotta go find it myself...

Here we go....

https://www.bulletproofexec.com/tag/bulletproof-coffee/

Ah ha... OK.. So now I get it... Adding butter, or some sort of oil to your coffee... OK... I had never heard of that before..

Could be on to something I guess... If all you drink is a cup of coffee in the morning, could help you to keep going until lunch, although you really, REALLY, shouldn't skip breakfast....

Some people add coconut oil to their coffee. I guess that is a good way to increase coconut oil in their diet.

Yeah, I think it's kinda weird, they use it to enhance the effect of coffee on the brain (from what I have read), and also use it as a method of dieting.. which I don't really get, calories are calories, but I guess it would be less than eating a full meal...

Dunno... Still doing some digging, but there isn't a whole lot of useful info floating around...

Coconut oil was maligned by the Corn Oil producers some years ago. As all the competition!

Corn oil is good for your car and you - they tried to pound that into all of us - NOW look at the mess CORN has done to our bodies, health.

Doctors--MD's--are all stupid. Dumb. They are the biggest pushers of BAD fats/oils.

They shouldn't be allowed off the golf parks. IMO. *I tend to be bitter. I will come to regret this, I know.

Have never heard that some calories are burned faster than others... Do you have any articles or links that tell us about that?

I did a quick search, but all I got was crappy "lose your belly fat with pills that make you crap" ads

What I mean is that some food is more efficient than others. Or maybe efficient is not the right word either. Digest speed. Sugar is fast, so its calories are used faster. Meat (protein) is slow. Takes a long time to digest. Coconut oil is fast.

I haven't, but if I did I would try goat butter first.

I use heavy cream in my cold brew.

Maybe you could give an example of such differences?

I would be interested in knowing. And I recall a university professor eating nothing but junk food and strictly counting calories and he lost weight based on just counting the calories... Of course, again, who knows how reliable that was...
