Whats better then water? Need a drink during the day!

So ive been reading a lot about nutrition/water needs etc.. we all hear this hype about how were all super dehydrated, need to be drinking water all day long etc.. but from what ive read thats not entirely true.. infact drinking too much water is very bad.. it dilutes your whole system.. the people who are guzzling water all day are drinking too much..

Also, you can get almost all your water needs from veggies/fruits etc.. they all contain tons of water, and its even better then just plain water.

Anyway, I ofcourse will continue drinking water, but I want to maybe have like 3 glasses a day of some kind of veggie/fruit juice instead of water.. like inbetween meals.. my logic is, ill have 3 good nutritious meals a day, and inbetween in the down time, drink a veggie j uice or something which will give me nutrients/vitmins/minerals and water at the same time!

Anyone got good tips for such a drink? I want it to provide good nutrients, NOT lower blood pressure and not spike glucose levels.?

Maybe celery juice? cucumber? mmm any ideas? I do drink coconut water which is awesome!

Hmm yea for years ive just been using a crappy brita filter w/ tap water. but Just this past week I have started buying water.. I get it form 2 places and fill up 2 large glass canisters.. I get it from here https://www.beyondo2water.com/ and here https://www.pristinehydro.com/ (<- they have an awesome counter top filter) Basically it filters out absolutely everything.. all chemicals even the good stuff.. but then they replace the minerals lost so its like perfectly clean alkaline water w/ all the minerals :)

I only drink for the most 3 drinks, water, tea and wine. I think tea is probably one of the best drinks you can probably drink besides water and I enjoy one or two glasses of red wine when I get a chance, but of course both will probably dyhydrate you.
I go to the gym often and in between my sets I drink a lot of water and at night I seem to enjoy water the most as well.

There's plenty of sites that argue tea is better to drink than water, but I think you should probably drink both.

I like drinking plain seltzer water with no sodium, sugar or caffeine. Very often I put lemon juice in it, and sometimes I use a bit of black cherry juice (Knudsens), or black cherry juice concentrate. There's no limit to the flavors, as long as the juice is 100%, and no sugar or garbage added.

Yea.. I dont have one yet.. I go and buy my water. Theres two places nearby that have a big pristinehydro machine and you can just go and fill up.. I have to big glass water jugs with spouts and little stands and I go fill them up.. its not even that expensive.. but owning a filter would be sweet too..

I've noticed I need less water when the water is high quality.

The subject of water just fascinates me. They think it's simple and basic because it has a simple molecular structure but how much more there is to water.

The idea of structured water and restructuring it is so cool. Creating a vortex, using light, cold temperatures--does it really work? Thanks for the website on photonic water. I wish they would explain their process, though. Do you know what they do?
