As usual, you post awesome articles. Remember if using Vit e to get the d-form in the form of mixed tocopherols, not the d,l- form.
Thanks saved for the good reminder, and some folks may not be aware of the difference between the two. I've know for a long time that the d-alpha is the natural and preferred form of vitamin E. I'm sure waaay back in the day, when I first started taking supplements aside from a daily multi, I took my fair share of the dl.

Topically I like Vitamin E, but that's about it... remember its a strong blood thinner too. (well if your're taking lots)
