Does Anyone know of a fiber drink that is so good that you dont need toilet paper, because when you use just one small square of a sheet, you are clean? I use to know of a drink called Fiberex that was sold from Middletown Connecticut, then when the old people died, the children moved the factory to Louieville Kentucky, the product can became smaller and more expensive, now they are out of business...sorry to say. Try to reduce your carb intake and up your veggie intake, that should take care of most of the problem
