OK in case anyone was interested in the species of bamboo i was talking about, it is called kumazasa, a picture of its packaging is below I was told it would help cure me and "clean my blood" It certainly made me feel healthier.

I found this info on it from planetbotanic.ca

Kumazasa leaves are not only used in food preparation, but also in medicine. Traditionally, they are seen as being stomachic, styptic, antiseptic, and expectorant. They are used to treat heartburn, food poisoning, ringworm, boils, cough, fever, gastric and duodenal ulcer, swelling, inflammation, oral putrescence, and halitosis.
The plant is a disinfectant and can be used to prevent infection and clear up infections once present. It also stimulates healing. However, perhaps its most famous traditional use is as a gargle for bad breath.

This was a gift from Shizuoka japan and I was told they do not sell it in the US. I am sure their are other places to get it.

I have just been informed that the image is upside down (:

I found some scientific support for the use of bamboo on prostatitis
a study done on rats, bamboo "may be useful for treatment of NBP, as it may inhibits prostate inflammation in NBP patients by affecting the expression of inflammatory cytokines, their receptors, and related genes."

Lu, B., Cai, H., Huang, W., Wu, X., Luo, Y., Liu, L., & Zhang, Y. (2011). Protective effect of bamboo shoot oil on experimental nonbacterial prostatitis in rats. Food Chemistry, 124(3), 1017-1023. doi:Article

Hi everybody, I am a Prostatis patient since 3 years almost and I tried many methods to find the cure but without any success. So I discovered his website recently and found very uselfull and different information than other sites. For example one of the member 'Pinballdoctor' was saying Prostatis is a yeast infection and cannot be cured with antibiotics on the contrary it feeds the fungus it was new and revolutionary for me to hear that so I read all through and decided to take Oregano Oil as natural anti-fungal and it helped me quite for some days and I felt quite comfortable but my pains have returned again since yesterday . I was feeling good for a couple of days. Today I thought maybe I should try also other methods suggested here and decided to give a try to MMS as it often suggested here. But an article which I read on Jimm Humble official page was telling that MMS simply doesn't touch. In fact, MMS seems to feed the fungus". Below is the link of this article:
https://jimhumble.biz/index.php?optio...d=11&Itemid=31

Now I am quite confused about this and I am thinking what it is the sense to take MMS if the creator of this is saying it is helpless against the fungus. Does anyone has an explanation for this. Thank you.

I would suggest Iodine instead of MMS first, as it is actually used by the body as well as being anti-fungal.

I got epiditimytis over Thanksgiving and its been awful. I went right to the ER on that saturday and they took blood and urine and all negative. Suffered 3 weeks on levaquin and it didnt even touch the problem. Went on doxicyclene and it workd, but I still have some soreness/tenderness. Hot baths and ibuprofen are key to getting the inflammation down. also must wear a supporter all the time.

flomax helps but has nasty side effects. mms, oil of oregano, etc. I dont think it will work on this. advil, hot baths, jock strap and a full course of doxy should work.

You must also follow an anti-fungal diet as well if you are fighting fungus. You also need to eat healthy to boost your own imune system, because in the end that is what is going to be needed to keep the fungas in check.

Default idk what i have? need help

im 19 years old and idk if i have both prostatitis and epididymitis but this is how i started. It was since last january i think the 9th i woke up and throughout the day i felt like i needed to urinate alot even when i would jus go i felt like i need to go again and felt like my bladder wasnt emptied out copmpletley. i would get a lil pain and discomfort on my bladder and my lower back. It was more wierd because i would feel it more when i would smoke weed. So i went to the doctors and she made me piss on a cup to see if i had and infection and the doc said no..and the only thing left she said she could do was send my urine to a lab to get tested to see if i had an STD...the results came back negative...but i couldnt take it anymore because the discomfort and pain started going to my testicles/scrotum my lower back and upper thighs...so i went to another doctor and right away she asked me if i have been sexually active without using a rubber and i told her yes so right away she gave me two shots on my but...and doxycline for ten days...it helped a little jus took away the bladder pain i had and the problem with urinating alot...but now i feel like i have scrotal sweeling painand discomfort in rectum upper thighs lower back and testicles....idk what this is need help?! i also feel now again that i have to urinate more often even now at night. and i never need to before..

ags; trimethoprim or bactrim for a minimum of 4 weeks, maybe up to 12 weeks if you respond.

Trimethoprim was able to beat epididymitis but the source of infection was my prostate, which took longer.
