Thank you Arrowwind,
I have taken your earlier advice on the Pau de Arco and have some tea already on the way. I well keep the prunella vulgaris in mind if some of these other remedies don't work. I picked up some pulsatilla today, which is a homeopathic remedy for ailments of this nature. I went to the doctor today and brought up fungal treatment, he prescribed me Lamisil, even though I had asked for Fluconazole. I am going to start taking the Lamisil. I am still taking the mms, but I experienced diarrhea today, so I am scaling back. So far it doesn't seem to be helping. I also found on curezone a post where someone had success using DMSO and MMS, as well as DMSO and a topical antibaterial, things I will keep in mind.
I am currently taking probiotics that I got in town, as well as Vit. D3, zinc, magnessium, selium, and omega 3-6-9. I also order some Metagenics Candibactin-BR, and some ionic silver while I was at it.

Thank you for your research Arrowwind, and every one else that has been trying to help, it is very much appreciated.

I would not take that Lamisil. Look into it. It can be very dangerous for some people and cause liver disease, often that does not become an issue till quite a while after they are done with it. Diflucan is safer but still not all that great, not as bad a rep as lamasil.

Can you not wait for the pau de arco to arrive?

I can, I am just eager to kill what ever is in me before it gets worse or causes more problems. I just want to feel normal again. I have not started the Lamisil yet, I was actually going to go to another doctor and try to get Diflucan. Should I keep taking MMS? How long does MMS usually take to show if its working or not?

Following up on my issue, I did start taking the lamisil. With in 24 hours of my first dose the pain in my knee and leg on the right side got extremely worse. That night I went to bed in pain, and when I woke, my leg and knee felt like new. My epididymitis felt a little better and I started to experience bad diarrhea. That lasted all of day 3, and by noon of day 4 had cleared up. Day 4 my testicles were still red and agitated, but the pain and discomfort just above my testicles in the lower abdomen (above my epididymis) had gone down. I was happy and thought everything was getting better. Day 5 my there was still no further improvement, but no decline in condition as well. That night a decided to stimulate myself to ejaculate thinking it would be good since I felt better and clear out some junk that my be in there. I also wanted to make sure it still worked. It seemed to be less fluid then before my condition, and a while after my right epididymis seemed more agitated. I then repeated the process day 6 to see if a had the same result, and I did, except my right epididymis was and testicles were definitely agitated. I decided to discountinue ejaculation until a while after everything is better. Seems like something is plugged. We are on day 10 and no further improvement.

P.S. I explained the part about my knee and leg getting worse and then better to my doc, and he looked at me like I was crazy. There is not doubt in his mind that fungus is not a possiblity, even though what he thinks caused it, cultured negative.
I went to my doctor today and he thinks in two weeks everything well be back to normal. Don't know why he thinks this, its been the same for over a month. I asked to be refered to a urologist, he agreed, but it may take some time to get in. In the meantime I am going to start experimenting with DMSO and MMS. I have read I post on curezone where a man had some success using these.

Jofus, have you been checked for vericose veins in the lower pelvis or testicles? I recently found out that they can create symptoms similar to what you are experiening. I understand that it is hard to diagnose.

Yes, that is one of the things I will be checking once I see the urologist. Its scary that kidney cancer can be a cause, as my father just had his removed last year because of cancer.

I didn't really give it a good chance. I started heavy on it instead of working my way up (started with 8 drops like 5 times a day) and ended up with bad diarrhea for a day and a half. After that I haven't really gave it a good go. I started supplementing and there is some contradictions with MMS, mainly anti-oxidants. I was actually thinking about giving it a good go here until my silver making supplies show up. I also started doing some stuff from that web site I posted above.
I think MMS is worth a try, even to help clear your body of anything it can that is using up your resources.

For some reason in America it is really hard to get a doctor to screen your semen for the specific bacteria that is causing the problem, even if it is caused by bacteria i don't think broad spectrum antibiotics get the job done, since the prostate is so hard to reach in the first place.

There is a special kind of bamboo, that is used for similar ailments as MMS like parasites and internal poisoning. I will post it when i translate the species name from Japanese.
seaweed is really good for cleaning out your system and works fast, if you can find the pure seaweed fiber capsules, they are chewable and delicious.

I believe that putting your body in balance can cure the disease even if it's cause is auto immune or yeast.
But at the moment I do not have any scientific information to back that up.
I found a Chinese website for a prostatitis clinic that claimed 95% of patients that came from abroad to get treated had some kind of bacterial infection in the prostate.
Of course this cant be verified as fact.

I was told by a lead doctor at the biggest hospital in Osaka japan that the semen culture is absolutely necessary. I was never able to get one, and just treated myself the best I could. If I had to do it all over again I would spend more money on finding a doctor that would do it, or even traveling to get one done since i ended up spending so much money on other stuff for this anyway. Imagine knowing exactly what bacteria you are up against if any?
