Default prostatitis

have you guys tried yoga,
I did heated yoga when i was goin through that junk
it was kind of soothing and helped with will power to get better.
the prostate gets very little blood circulation so you might want to get that as good as you can.
yoga or some other kind of exercise can help with that

in my experience the hardest thing about prostatitis was the depression, so make sure to take care of yourselves.
kale seems to help to, oh yea
if you juice
start adding turmeric to your recipe, it helps the circulation and is a natural anti-inflammatory.
there are some promising studies on bioflavinoids (not sure i spelled that right) so its worth a try.
I wasted a lot of money on crappy prostate medication/vitamins. I learned to heal myself eventually. Getting in the best shape of my life helped alot.

so the uro wanted to pass me to another uro to A get another opinion and B most likely out of his office. he now knows he made a blunder of mistakes. i am thinking the cipro for 8 weeks did something bad to my digestive system. i cannot eat and carbs bloat me in a bad way. i may have to deal with like yourself a alcohol free wheat gluten free diet and hope for more results. suggesting that there may be a linc again allowed him to say lets get you another type of specialist to again get rid of me.

he wouldnt admit that cipro may have messed with my digestion system relsulting massive weight loss and the desire to eat once a day. he also backed up the idea that bicycle riding is a good idea. what is he nuts? we cant sit on an average chair for 10 minutes.

i am getting results from natural medicine that is mind blowing. i have been instructed by my new naturopath to drink cayenne pepper (tsp) 3 times a day mixed in water. again magnesium and chamomile pills and tea. i believe cayenne works well. i know we are instructed not to eat spicy foods but for me there is no issue and i feel better right away. the magnesium is more responsive though. i have minimal to no prostate secreation which i was plagued by. as i stated guys i was severe and over night pain free for the first time in 12 weeks. i am enjoying looking at woman smiling for no reason and having general joy that the male prostate brings to our soul and body.

i still notice i have a problem but i think my body is now able to start the healing process.

now some questions for all with prostatitis (please everybody answer to gage and understand what may be happening)

1 does anybody have rapid hair loss and if so thoughts why
2 i seemed to be ance free when i suffered and in severe state, now i have noticed some acne coming back which i am happy about as i think it is hormonal. so anybody concur?

this does affect us hormonaly for some reason i am guessing by libido loss. i know that i have heard it may not for all but for moxsum and i it did.
i was thinking maybe we produce more dht when with prostatitis or our immune system shuts down do to working on other things or the stress on the body (not mental) can do this.

keesearching and we will get what we need guys as moxsum said there are many reasons why and perhaps a multitude of reasons.

Hey man.. yea that urologist sounds like bad news to me.. be careful, my uro caused me a lot of issues. They dont know what they are doing.

DHT may be the culprit in your hair loss.. DHT causes hair loss! It also effects the prostate.. so it may be part of your issue.. however I caution against using anti-DHT substances like saw palmetto, finastride etc.. these things can cause way worse problems.. better not to mess with your hormones directly..

Your hair loss maybe also caused by deficiencies of vitamins/nutrients.. possibly from your digestive issues/weight loss.

The cayenne seems a bit odd to me, but if you feel its not causing you problems and only helping then go for it.

Ditch that urologist now. Go all natural, stop taking antibiotics.

They've all forgotten how to diagnose anymore. It is "one size fits all" with them. I'm experiencing that with my new ENT. I'm trying to find out if my sinus problems are structural. She has been given me 2 different nasal sprays, which have not worked but very expensive. I just got irradiated (CT scan). At least she is trying. But I know I'm not like any of her other clients. The same was true when visiting an ND. They aren't taught to diagnose. Just follow the book.

Cayenne has wonderful releaving powers. One study showed that cayenne heals stomach ulcers by sending a camera down after the people took cayenne. Then again when the people took aspirin. The aspirin hurt the stomach lining. The cayenne healed the ulcers.

DHEA will definitely cause rapid hair loss. I have experience with this. It grew back in time though. Saw palmetto actually helps me. It even fills out my eyebrows. Check to see if you are taking anything that affects your hormones.

I wiil beat this, your symptoms seem very similar to mine right now. I really think this may be fungus related. I am getting blood, urine and ultra sound tests done, and waiting for the results.

Well maybe yours and mine are different. I had no positive effect while taking the two different Anti-biotics I was prescribed, but I did have what seemed like a die off reaction and some improvement of symptoms when I took the Lamisil.
I don't have symptoms of prostatis such as pain when sitting, or in the perianum area. My bowel movents seem ok, maybe a little different from my diet change. When my dr. checked my prostate yesterday he said it felt fine, and there was no pain when he applied pressure to it.
I am noticing darker, smellier, and foamy urine, along with my feeling to urinate almost constently. Symptoms I have also noticed are lower back pain, and abdominal pain, and also leg pain. This makes me suspect a kindey/bladder infection or disfunction of some kind. I am leaning more towards infection, as my epididymitis was inflamed and my testicles were redder and heaver than normal, and I believe infection may have traveled from one place to the other.
I am having blood tests and urine tests done, as well as ultra sound on my abdomin, kideny and testicles. Once those all come back, hopefully I well have a better idea what is going on, and I will keep you guys posted.

Unfortunately there is alot of stuff connected down there and we all may share symptoms and have completely seperate causes. It is nice to have other people to share ideas and talk with about it though.

Hey.. your cases seem different to me.. as does mine.. same symptoms doesnt neccesarily mean same cause.

I will beat this.. you said your wife has had recurring yeast problems? That could be the cause right there.. men can get yeast infections from sex.. especially if your body is not healthy to begin with.. but it could be a number of other things too.

Jofus, your case sounds different too... maybe you have a kidney infection or something ? If your prostate felt fine and you have no pain down there.. maybe a UTI or something? The dark foamy pee is a clue.. although I had foamy urine for a few months recently, freaked out.. but my doctor checked my kidney levels and they were "fine" .. but this is a western doc so who knows. Good thing is, the foamy pee has stopped now so.. must be better whatever was causing that. Can also be caused by too much protein/dehydration..

Lamisil is an anti-fungal I believe.. not a BPH med.

So you smoke pot Iwillbeatthis? I did too for a loooong time, but stopped a few months ago. A few people told me it could make the condition worse.. my pelvic floor therapist said that years of heavy pot smoking will eventually mess with your nervous system/damage the myelin sheath of nerves.. I believe it.. pot is fun.. but you dont need it in your life.. but thats your call At least cut back a bit.

Beta-Sisterol is probably fine.. dunno much about it, dont use it myself. I dont take any prostate herbs any more and i feel fine.. Some of them are better for BPH, but i think if the prostates just inflamed, better to get to the root of the problem then take herbs to mask the symptoms in a way.. fix diet, lifestyle, any infections etc.

i gave up dope too as i think if this is not an infection then it maybe not good for my body. at any rate if is a negative and to heal we need to only include the positives right now.

i had my first bad day thursday. i tried beer and pizza wednesday night carbs and wine thursday and didnt feel great thursday night.

i am curious why nobody has tried magnesium yet. it has changed my symptoms and life. not saying its a cure but worth a try. its 10$ a bottle. if it works for some of you it would be great to know. large doses cant hurt you and wont interfear with anything.

I have introduced magnesium supplements into my diet as well as selium, vit D3, zinc. I also drank about a liter of pure organic cranberry juice a day for about 5 days. I was taking 15 drops 3 times a day of grapefruit seed extract. I also ingested and applied topically DMSO, MMS, and silver water. I also changed my diet a bit, eating more whole real foods, veggies and fruits, I started eating more organics and having kefir everyday. I also introduced a probiotic. My symptoms seem to slowly be getting better, but I can't say it is just from the magnesium.

helpmyprostate..

I donno why you tempt fate and purposely eat foods you know are bad for you.. then wonder why you feel bad?

If you want to get better, stop alcohol, pasta, beer, pizza all that crap, start giving your body what its crying out for, real wholesome organic foods!!
