I would only buy the ones that claim they are those chems. The one that I have is 100% free of PTFE , PFOA, Cadmium and BPA. I don't know of the rest, but I do go by labels when I purchase. I even read labels of food products in the grocery. Otherwise I would have stuck (no pun here) with pans I already have.

I have one cast iron. I like the way that it heats, but I worry about iron leaching. I don't use it much. Mostly the occasional grilled cheese sandwich.
