Default Revere ware, does it stay good?

I got a Revere ware dutch oven, like 5 or 6 quart, for almost nothing because it needed a real good cleaning, it was used pretty hard and after some good cleanup with 0000 steel wool it's clean, but there is areas on the bottom that don't look right, kinda milky/shiny looking in the stainless steel, I think these Revere ware are triple SS plated and the copper is not showing through, at least I don't think that is what I am seeing, can these be damaged where you should not use them? I thought these are some of the best and safest to cook in there is and could always be cleaned up.
