Is chromium good for the blood sugar of a borderline diabetic? With more exercise and watching the sugar and starches.

I'm not borderline yet, but I use Chromium Picolinate every day, and Bitter Melon a couple of times a week...both help with the regulation of blood sugar. Watching the sweets and carbs is definitely a good idea, along with exercise.

Gymnema sylvestre Extract is a standardized herbal extract which may support healthy glucose metabolism. You can find gymnema at iHerb or other online supplement vendors. It is very good to include in you daily regimen for sugar control. It is recently discovered to be good for fungus control, like in the case of Candida.
