You canmake bananas on the bbq - place a banana or two on a piece of foil, add a little bit of butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and fold the foil to make a packet - throw it on the bbq for about 5-6 mins and and you'll have a nice hot dessert - I add some rum sometimes for an extra kick, but you can substitute with a few drops of vanilla

This isn't a recipe as it's more of a kitchen trick. If you have a lot of bananas I'll break them in half and freeze them. They last for months and are great to add to your shake instead of using ice. Another way to have frozen bananas is with peanut butter or sunbutter (my favorite).
