Default Question about Chlorophyll side effect

I have been taking Alfalfa Chlorophyll for 2 days, both times at night 1 tablespoon 2-3 hours before bed. For the past 2 nights I've waken up once or twice during the night very warm, warm enough I had to kick blankets off, but then I'd get cold quite fast, so it's a battle of cold and too hot until I fall asleep again. I'm not soaked in night sweat, but I do get a teeny bit moist from being warm. The only thing I can think would be causing this is having the Chlorophyll so late at night? Anyone know anything about this if it could cause this? I have had absolutely no other side effects. It seems to give me more energy.. I'm wondering if it's me detoxing/too much energy while sleeping?

I'm not sure but I did read that chlorophyll boosts red blood cells so maybe that's why you're warmer:

Chlorophyll has many health benefits.

Cleansing and detoxifiying

Chlorophyll prevents the build-up of destructive toxins and chemically neutralizes the pollutants which we ingest every day. It aids in rebuilding bowel tissue and helps to eliminate excess mucus or phlegm, and it also destroys harmful bacteria. This also gives joints, muscles and body youthful healthy flexibility.
Repairs and Rebuilds
The molecules of chlorophyll and red blood cells are similar. Chlorophyll provides the basic material for building healthy red blood cells (haemoglobin) in the body. Chlorophyll boosts the supply of healthy oxygen-rich blood for more youthful metabolism and vitality. Often referred to as “Nature’s Cleanser”, it detoxifies the bowels, kidneys, lungs and blood stream.
Increases Blood Oxygen-carrying Capacity
When more red blood cells are circulated in your system, oxygen-carrying capacity naturally increases. This is needed for clean, healthy arteries. This resists aging and cellular deterioration.
