I've come to the end of my VRP K2 capsules. Was wondering what you guys are supplementing with? I'm game to try a different brand (currently using VRP 15mg 1 pill weekly). Thanks

I've used Carlsons k2, 5mg on a daily basis (currently on sale at Swanson Vitamins at $16.09 for 60 caps). Presently I'm using a small dose (5,000 mcg) from Nature's Life. Since we take it daily, I just try to buy what's on sale at the time.

Hey K2C, did you hear about the woman and the cat on the news in the UK? Anyway I took up your recommendation and have just ordered Carlsons K2, 5mg from iHerb.

Just saw the video of her on the news, at least the cat was okay. Not too bad compared to real torture that's done by some sickos out there.

I agree, that UK woman is a Sicko Supposedly the incident is being
investigated further by UK police. Such a cruel thing to do!
