I know about zinc, and I have bought bananas for potassium, but what else? As for fat, I hear some Omega threes are bad for T (EPA?), and there's a ratio to follow.

Also, soy is bad, and I need to avoid plastic containers for liquid.

What else can be done...?

I have done bodybuilding for many years. After lots of trial an error the best bet is creatine and L-Argenine. They increase blood flow and stamina and you will be able to do a few more reps while working out. Other than that a good healthy diet with low carbs works fine.

Like the above member said, maca root. Black maca for males, red maca for females. Usually one dose of powder in the morning is more than enough, sometimes even half a dose.
