What supplements do you take?

There's a lot of confusing advice out there about what supplements/vitamins etc to take. I already take Vitamin D3 every day along with Krill oil capsules for omega 3 but now have been reading about the benefits of vitamin k2 does anyone take this and if so how much?

I'm out right now, but when I use it, I take 5mg per day.

I've heard lots of good things about vitamin K, but personally I don't believe in taking individual nutrients unless you know for sure you're deficient in that particular substance.

In my book, the best thing is to take a good multivitamin/mineral (with full B Complex - all 11 B vitamins) and maybe something like Udo's Choice for Essential Fatty Acids. That, plenty of exercise, sufficient sleep and a good diet. That's got it all covered.
