I was looking at the list of recommendations. There are several isolated treaments for bone and muscle health. My recommendation is what no one really wants to hear. That is, because our bones are constantly changing we can help them by changing our DIETS. So, before we start adding this supplement or that compound we should try eating things like cultured yogurt, dark, green, leafy vegetables (you know, the stuff you don't like). Natural omega three's can be found in canned sardines, pink salmon with the bones and home made stock.
Many, because they are vegan, will not want to use the stock but it is loaded with precious minerals that lend themselves to our own health. All you have to do is take an organic chicken or other organic meat, throw it in a big pot of water, add your favorite vegetables and cook it for around 8 hours or until the bones break easily. All that good stuff will supply you with so many of the minerals necessary for healthy bone and muscle. If you don't want the meat, that's o.k. just use the stock.
Adequate intake of minerals, exercise, structural alignment and a good ph balance will go a long way to keeping us healthy.
The herbal supplements are o.k. but God (for those of us who believe in God) made food will all the right stuff in it. So, when you eat your celery, eat the leaf as well. God knows what He's doing.
