Should i go for liposuction in order to reshape my balley? Need some suggestions!

Actually i work in office with a tough routine from 9 am to 6 pm eve. Whole day sitting on the chair in front of PC. It took me a change in my tummy. Its gaining extra fats. What should i go for? someone suggest me lipo but i think it leads to hanging balley in some cases.

what do you suggest, what should i do?

Dieting, lose overall weight down to your "normal" BMI range. I can't post links because my post count is low, but google "BMI calculator".
Exercise is essential for your overall health, will help raise your metabolism. However, don't expect to 'burn off' all the weight with crazy amounts of exercise. What's important in weight loss: about 90% what you eat/don't eat....10% exercise.
