Some say freeze dried damages the nutrients. A couple of reputable mushroom supplement companies freeze dry their medicinal extracts. They would not do that if freeze drying damages some of the nutrients. One reviewer on Amazon said he has been taking royal jelly for twenty years and has tried both fresh and freeze dried and gets better results from freeze dried. The only way to tell for sure is try both and that is exactly what me and Janet intend to do.
