This is a true story when I was younger I had a few police friends who used to tell stories of what they seen on duty and this is one.
Police cruiser traveling the back roads came across a car on the side of the road it was rocking back and forth and the windows were all misty the officers knew what was going on but wanted to give them a hard time. One of the officers walked up and tapped on the window a few seconds later the window came down. The officer asked to see their license and the man said I did not think we needed one. The officer could not help but laugh and walk away.
