In a food processor, add a cup of whole oat flour, 1/4 cup coconut oil and a cup of whole wheat flour. Cut up an apple and add along with 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon salt, a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Add some milk, start blending and add milk to consistancy. Pancakes they turned out great and high fiber.
