When eating a breakfast you should avoid simple carbs since they increase your insulin and later cause an insulin crash which causes cravings and fatigue. Best breakfasts are low carb and high fat. Bacon and eggs are the absolute best. Your brain runs on fat since it is mostly fat. Bacon and eggs or even a McDonalds sausage McMuffin with eggs if you toss the bread.
