Are chest pains a common side effect of a cold?
The pain is mild and most of the day it is just pressure, the pain or pressure is in the left side of my chest where my heart resides. At first I thought it was stress because I recently lost some income and am looking for a way to bring more money into my house hold.

When I realized I had a cold I started hoping it had something to do with this.

If it is a side effect of the cold does anyone know any natural remedies? anything I can juice?

I am 26, exercise everyday and take no medication.

I don't think that chest pain is a common symptom of a cold. Maybe if there was excessive coughing, then there might be some lung pressure. Stress might be a factor in my opinion, a simple supplement of magnesium, or a bath in epsom salt may help relax the muscles and promote calm.
