The human body is extraordinarily resilient. Honestly, I'm shocked that people are even making it to a mere 70-80 years of age considering all of the abuses they put their bodies through. The body is capable for living far, far longer then 70 or 80 years, but considering how we treat ours it's quite an accomplishment to even make it to our first birthday, in my opinion!

First, we have to cope with the nutritional deficiencies and toxicity of our parents, and their parents, etc. This leads to genetic damage and for decades now each generation is genetically weaker then the one before it.

Then the new baby has to contend with the severe nutritional deficiencies and toxicity of their immediate parents, which takes a serious toll and deforms you for life; we manage to survive even the extreme nutritional deficiencies of our parents by narrowing our bone structure to require less building material. This is why our wisdom teeth won't fit in our mouth (unnatural narrow jaws) and why woman have such difficult labors (unnaturally narrow pelvises). And the baby manages to weather the onslaught of toxins that can cross into the placenta, like MSG. Although certain sections of your brain will likely be permanently damaged, with far-reaching health effects, you still survive.

When the baby is born, they pass through a birth canal devoid of the beneficial microorganisms that should be there to help "inoculate" the baby, a problem seriously compounded later on with bottle feeding. The baby probably suffers from undue stress from having to pass through an unnaturally small opening. Then the baby somehow manages to survive despite having about half of it's blood supply lost due to immediate cord clamping. Circumcision causes extreme stress + pain to the baby, and the foreskin is there for a reason too, just like the appendix and the tonsils - there are no "unnecessary" body parts.

The baby manages to survive the toxic onslaught of multiple vaccines, which is a true miracle. The damage done to their immune system will likely cause frequent respiratory and ear infections, which will require many doses of antibiotics to fix. But despite being dosed with these powerful fungal toxins and having any remaining beneficial microorganisms destroyed, the baby still lives! They'll likely even continue for many years or even decades in seemingly good health despite the fact that their entire digestive tract is now home to dangerous bacteria, fungi + parasites producing dozens of highly toxic byproducts 24/7 and preventing them from extracting even the minuscule amounts of nutrition in their toxic food.

Then he/she survives the baby formula devoid of all the vital nutrients that are unique to breastmilk and full of highly toxic and GM compounds. And despite his/her brain being deprived of necessary fatty acids during a period of rapid growth, and being deprived off the immune-supporting factors, the beneficial microorganisms, the list goes on and on, in most cases the baby still turns out seemingly healthy!

Afterwards the baby continues to beat the odds subsisting solely on very toxic, GM baby food. And as the person grows older and older they still live despite lining up for their annual flu shots like good little puppy dogs and eating a highly toxic diet that has the nice side effect of encrusting their entire digestive tract with mucoid plaque and fecal sludge and making it the dream home for parasites, harmful bacteria and fungi.

What are the odds? The average person gets virtually ZERO micronutrients out of the dozens required, eats and drinks highly toxic cocktails that should rapidly destroy every organ in tier body, drinks, baths and showers in toxic water, breathes toxic, severely oxygen-deficient air, using toxic personal care products full of carcinogens, ingredients like aluminum that causes Alzheimer's and other brain problems, clog up the pores + lymph nodes, etc. They spend most of their lives indoors exposed to dangerously high electromagnetic fields that interfere with every vital body function and only infrequently expose themselves to the life-giving sun - and when they do they're wearing toxic sunscreen and sunglasses that bock the sun's rays from entering their eyes!

And I could go on and on. The miracle isn't that we're only living to the young age of 70 or 80, it's that we're alive at all! Somebody definitely foresaw our stupidity eons ago and built these bodies like tanks! Even after the constant weakening of our DNA and genetic code generation by generation we still defy the odds and live. But no, it's not a mystery why people are so dumbed down and can't see this going on, not at all. With all of their vital functions under constant attack and their spirituality being virtually non-existent because of it, it's very very easy to deceive people.

----------
Use this post as a "list of things not to do" :D

And I only touched the highlights because to mention it all would take forever. We put our body through so many other assaults above and beyond the few I listed, it truly is a wonder we're still here.

And because of how marvelous these bodies are, we're all given second chances. No matter how much damage you've managed to do to yours, you can almost certainly completely recover from any disease (barring some genetic conditions) by removing the things that cause disease and starting to do the things that are conducive to health. Your body, an amazing self-regenerating organism, will do the rest.

This world is intentionally set up in a very specific way, so that it's very easy to be an unthinking slave but much harder to break free and be free. BUT, the rewards of just being a mindless slave, watching the telly and drinking your beer are ill health, bad temper, failure in all your endeavors. Whereas the rewards of reversing all your previous bodily abuse and regaining splendid health, + starting to think for yourself, are endless. Amazing health, amazing energy, amazing spirituality, success in whatever you choose to do...it can all be yours. I chose the second option and haven't looked back since. So the question is...who's with me?

Sometimes choice is secondary to "survival of the species". Sometimes genetic mutations - evolution - occurs despite our own efforts. We are taller and even more hairless than several generations ago. Same thing happens in the plant world. What will our crops be like far into the future, should we survive?

The end to bodily abuse - health transformation began in 2005.

Working on cleaning/clearing/using the pineal gland. I wonder why I just cannot meditate.
success in whatever you choose to do
Began work on that too - affirmations and evoking.

So, I'm with you!

(And I received a seed sprouter as a b-day gift. As soon as I READ the instructions, I will be sprouting)

Working on cleaning/clearing/using the pineal gland.
Yes, the pineal gland is the key to spirituality and the door to the heavenly realms. The main reason fluoride is put in the water is to calcify the pineal gland and keep everyone at a low level of spirituality so they

1. Can't see what's going on all around them or break free;

2. [The big one] Keep reincarnating on Earth as slaves again and again instead of moving on to higher worlds.

All the other damage fluoride causes is just a nice side benefit. Controlling the pineal gland is their main goal.

Right now people are eating toxic crap made predominantly from GM corn + soy, toxic meat, etc...just like the livestock raised in CAFOs. We're also being milked for profit, namely our labor. We're also locked up, although our prisons are invisible to the eye. But unlike the cows, we CAN choose to leave it all behind, live close to nature + live off the grass and weeds (supercharges the pineal gland + your spirituality soars). Sprout juice makes you FREE!!!

Good for you! A single sprouter won't yield much, but it's a good start. But it's when you start growing dozens of trays + jars and juicing sprouts till they come out your ears that your consciousness increases dramatically, your spirituality soars and you can meditate, and your pineal gland and other mostly dormant parts of your brain start working at full capacity. Lots and lots of interesting entities around and there are portals to other dimensions everywhere, but you can't see them on a diet of cooked food + toxins.

can I ask you how much you spend a week on food Living food? Is sprouting considerably cheaper than say buying fruit and veg all the time? I'm raw vegan.

Way cheaper. Sproutarianism is one of the cheapest ways of eating there is. I can have a tray of wheatgrass for 20 cents, a tray of pea shoots for 30 cents, etc. I spend less then $5 a day on food, and when I fast on weed juice I'll spend nothing the entire day. So under $30 a week.

It's absurd how much most raw vegans are paying for second-rate fruits and vegetables that have virtually no nutrition compared to sprouts, and yet they'll be spending 4-5 times or even more on food then I spend. Boggles the mind. Just raw fruits + veggies aren't enough to bring you to the highest levels of health or increase your consciousness, as a matter of fact over 90% of raw vegans fail within 5 years. You can't make it on just aw fruits and vegetables in this day and age, the nutrition just isn't there anymore and the stress + pollution means our nutritional needs have skyrocketed in the last few decades anyway. A "standard" raw vegan diet just won't cut it, but people are still paying the absurd prices for half-dead devitalized fruits and vegetables that will keep them for experiencing life to its fullest, instead of paying a fraction of the cost to be a sproutarian and be FREE!!!

Thanks for the reply....This is why I'm building a specialist raw food kitchen and making massive provisions for sprouting. I'm currently also taking a lot of seaweed and blue green algae too.

Actually that estimate is quite high. It might have been that much back when I was having a lot more solid food as well as the juices, but it's probably under $20 a week, maybe $15 [Not counting algae and seaweed].

Less supplements, more real food...

When my health began to deteriorate, and the medical professionals' magic pills did nothing for my ibs, gerd, reflux, migraines, ulcer, sinus infections, etc., I changed my diet. Within days - I FELT BETTER.

But I didn't believe it.

On and on. MORE organic. LESS processed -- Felt energetic. ALIVE. No more headaches. No more stomach issues.

Well - now its time to amp up. I can no longer trust that gmos are NOT in the items that claim NON-GMO. So, if I grow my food myself and stay away from those seeds that are known to be manipulated, chances are good I will be gmo free. That's all I demand. REAL.

I am looking to enjoying fresh, alive food - raw - and will begin my new way of life--today. I may fall back here and there. But once it takes hold, there's no going back.

Starting with my little sprouter.

No fancy recipes for me, I eat as plain as possible. Too many foods at once, and a bad combination of foods, inhibits digestion and causes your meals to rot in your intestines. At most I'll eat 3 or maybe 4 different foods at once in a smoothie, but that's it. I've traded the pleasure of eating badly-combined foods for the pleasure of amazing health + spirituality, and I ain't never going back.

Honestly I don't care how good the ingredients are that you make a cupcake with, it's still going to be junk imo.

Great attitude. The three pillars are

* Fresh sprouts you grow yourself, with plenty of wheatgrass and other sprout juices. Make sunflower green juice, pea shoot juice, and fenugreek sprout juice staples.
* Weed juice from wild greens you forage yourself, if possible
* algaes + seaweeds to make the diet complete and supply nutrients you can't get anywhere else, with an emphasis on AFA, chlorella, kelp + dulse.

Also have sesame seed sprouts everyday and grow chia greens for a glass of chia juice everyday and soon you'll be in paradise everyday all day.

Sounds good to me! Although. . . I'm not sure if life/death is a decent gauge for how well we do. For one, many people do not survive all the environmental influences that you describe. Secondly, people often experience the negative consequences of those negative influences while living. . .

Any how, my father built a 'sprouting gizmo' with automatic showers and drains into the basement long ago. I've been thinking about putting it back into action. Still looking for bigger trays. Also, I am a fan of the 'fermentation' movement. Garlic, fruits, vegetables, etc . . .

Once I get comfortable about identifying them. Lots of perslane in my yard...purslane? I would love to grow edibles: flowers, ivy, etc. Even thuja in my evergreens.

Getting ready to take some HERBAL classes.

As for chia, the stuff that grows on the clay pot? Can those be used/eaten?

Yes, sprouting is necessary for proper nutrition in modern times. I'm also a huge fan of fermentation and I believe fermented foods are a necessary part of the diet for ideal health, especially in the beginning of your journey. All of our gut flora balance is way out of wack, with widespread repercussions for our whole bodies and every system therein (it's not just about digesting food).

Once I get comfortable about identifying them. Lots of perslane in my yard...purslane? I would love to grow edibles: flowers, ivy, etc. Even thuja in my evergreens.
For identification purposes, there are lots of good websites, and your local library will probably have a number of good books on foraging. But by far the best way is to find someone who is an experienced forager and learn from them yourself (no mistakes that way). But I taught myself through books + Internet resources, so it is doable. 3 basic ones that live just about everywhere and are really easy to identify are dandelion, the clovers (red being the best), and plantain (which also has many medicinal uses). Can you guess what my favorite part of foraging is? Hint: it has to do with the seeds.

PURSLANE! Purslane is an amazing weed because it's the only land-based plant source of the essential fatty acid EPA, which is otherwise only found in animal foods and some algae. That alone makes purslane a huge boon to any diet. If only I was your neighbor... :D

(I provide free weeding services and "lawn maintenance" for all my neighbors...in return I get lots of free food [weeds]. A beautiful arrangement for anyone interested in the best food possible)

As for chia, the stuff that grows on the clay pot? Can those be used/eaten?
Absolutely. Chia juice is a very unique food with outstanding nutritional value, it's one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids there is (you lose some of the fatty acids during the sprouting process, but the remaining ones seem to be extremely bioavailable and more importantly, very easy to convert to the vital DHA and EPA. Most omega-3 sources are very very difficult to convert into FHA and EPA, but not chia juice). It's also loaded with trace minerals, vitamins, other phytonutrients, etc. Drinking a glass of chia juice daily makes you immune to the cold and greatly elevates your mood for the entire day, it's GREAT stuff. Although it's likely that the effect would be much less great for people who still have a long way to go with their cleansing + detoxifying, but still drink it everyday and you'll feel the benefits.

:thanks: Aw, your so sweet. :D

And the kicker is, I'd pay good money for fresh "organic" weeds right out of the ground - they're definitely worth many times the half-dead organic greens you can buy at the store, at absurd prices I might add. So not only am I getting far more nutritious food, I'm getting it for free! The only "drawback" is that I have to spend some time outdoors in nature moving my body like nature intended...how horrible! :D

Weed juice + wheatgrass juice increase your IQ and awaken dormant parts of your brain. Solutions come easy to me now. The electromagnetic vibration in sprouts + weeds also increases your personal magnetism dramatically, so people are very willing to do what I ask and help me out.

-----------
If you really want to have unlimited access to weeds, befriend a farmer and get him to allow you to visit the farm whenever you want and pick weeds; you'll never run out of weed juice. Unfortunately, weeds from gardens and farms are much weaker then weeds straight from the forest; the weeds I pick from the forest really burn my mouth out (very very potent) but the farm weeds are much milder. It sounds like a good thing, but it's not because the burning sensation comes from extreme concentration of minerals, and certain phytochemicals (like essential oils).

I also got rid of all the veggies in my garden and replaced them with weeds; no second-rate foods for me, only the best.

Can you guess what my favorite part of foraging is? Hint: it has to do with the seeds.
What, no guesses? I'm disappointed. :(

I'm embarrassed to admit but I'm afraid to eat from the wild because of radioactive fallout, city water and chemtrails. I had an organic garden that I enjoyed until the rains poured down for several weeks during the time the plumes from Fukushima were over the area. I can't bring myself to eat it anymore. There is a canyon filled with stinging nettle, rosemary, and nopal cactus that I also can't bring myself to touch.

Exactly. And that's a truly beautiful way of saying it.

I understand your fears, but keep this in mind - wherever you're getting your food, it was almost certainly ALSO grown outdoors. Isn't it better to eat the freshest and most nourishing food possible, seeing as essentially all food today is contaminated to some degree? Even food grown indoors would be because indoor air quality is horrific. So the issue isn't trying to find 100% toxin-free food (unfortunately an extinct species now), but rather to find the most nourishing and nutritious food possible in order to counteract the inevitable toxins we're all exposed to. That means your organic garden + especially those weeds in the canyon. Stinging nettle is so amazing (one of the most mineral-rich land foods on the planet, + dozens of other benefits too), I would have stinging nettle juice everyday if I had access to it like you do. Unfortunately I live in an area where I have to go deep into the woods just to find small quantities of stinging nettle.

Wild rosemary is great too, full of essential oils and lots of other nutrients. Herbs tend to have one of the highest concentrations of nutrients, which makes it a pity that most people only consume them in minute quantities.

Some people have the misfortune of living deep in the bowels of enormous, polluted cities with no access to fresh food and extreme exposure to toxins. Take advantage of the situation that you are blessed to have and go eat those weeds!

I save some of the seeds for planting in my garden, but most of them I turn into weed sprouts and juice them. Weed juice is an amazing food, but weed sprout juice is way superior to weed juice and words don't even do it justice. I love eating wild flowers too and juice dandelion flowers, but I don't have as much flower juice as I'd like because every flower you juice could have been numerous seeds that you can turn into amazingly nutritious weed sprouts. It's a tradeoff because flowers have special energetic properties and are a great way to add the different colors to your diet (colors are nutrients and certain colored foods have different physical + spiritual effects), but you miss out on the seeds. So it's a balancing act and I favor the seeds over the flowers, but still have some flowers when I can because of the unique benefits.

Dandelion microgreen juice is one of the most amazing things ever, pure nutrition. I harvested pounds of dandelion seeds last summer + spring, but they didn't last me long and now I'm waiting for the dandelions to return from under the snow. I'll have to spend even more time and travel even further to harvest greater quantities of dandelion seeds, but it is definitely worth it. Nothing beats weed sprouts.

People spray their lawns with highly toxic chemicals trying to kill one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. How crazy! But anyone who lives within a few miles of my house doesn't have to worry about such things, I come and take care of their "lawn invaders" for them. I have to tone down my enthusiasm and my recommendations to people to drink weed juice 'cause if my neighbors catch on I'll lose a valuable source of food :D

The best part is pure freedom - freedom from disease, from stupidity (some people actually believes the government and drug companies have their best interests at heart!!!), but most of all from fear. No matter what happens I'm well prepared, because in a pinch I can just live off wild grass juice and weeds exclusively, and I can live outside even in the middle of winter and the cold barely effects me. So even if "the system" collapses tomorrow I've got nary a worry.
