One of the most important things we have to deal with in this decade is the medical profession's love affair with low cholesterol. There is much to be debated about what healthy cholesterol levels should be but one of the really important things has to do with mental health. Beware of low cholesterol for more reasons than mental health but, enough for now...

Well. I am not so sure of that, but with health, I hardly ever discount any idea. Our bodies are so complex. I do know that Our blood vessels need cholesterol because they would become structurally very week from the barrage of free radicals that attack every day. Remember. All in moderation. Its the combination of low cholestoral and depression. I hate it when people just say these kinds of things, its like he barely read it, and just wanted to make a post.
