Holiday Healthy Recipies for Body, Mind & Spirit
Thought we could post our fav. Holiday Recipies. But lets keep them healthy, if that is even possible.
1 package fresh cranberries
3/4 cup water
1 organic orange
simmer crannies in the water until they pop
about 5 to 10 minutes
section your orange with the skin on.
blend until coarse, peel and all. Do not puree.
turn light off under cannies
add blended orange
add xylitol until sweetess desired is found
Will last a long time in the fridge.
I always double the recipe.
A super nutritious side dish that we eat all winter long!
We eat this all winter. Stock up on Crannies between
Thanks Giving and Christmas as sometimes they are
not found afterwards. They freeze well.
