Default Gaba, Valerian Root and muscle tone

Hello, I am new here. I have recently been reading a lot about natural meds. I often have trouble sleeping and relaxing at night. I do work out and care about muscle tone. I read that Valerian root and other herbs that affect Gaba receptors decrease muscle tone... Does anyone know to what extent?

Thank you!

If you are having trouble sleeping, I would suggest 3mg of melatonin about a half hour before bed. It is safe, and also acts as a strong antioxidant, that will protect your brain from free radical damage while you sleep.

CLA will help with muscle tone.
