Good article. Also, for those of you in the US, if you get organic garlic it tastes much better than regular garlic. Also, we are importing garlic from China.

I pretty much have to wait for my farmer's market to open to get the organic garlic.
I try NOT to eat Anything produced in China! Especially Not any foods!

MOST fish in the US comes from china and (I do not how true this is), supposedly KROGER's buys beef from china.

Not only from China, but I simply don't buy farmed fish. I saw a youtube video of what they do in china for farmed fish and it really made me sick. I tried to search for the video, but couldn't find it
