I am using mms2, I am in day 2 of using the capsules.

yesterday as I took the first pill I felt bad. and it got better...
today apart from a bit diarrhea which appeared houres later (is it even possible??) I feel ok...

I have pain in my heart but maybe it has to do with my ulcer...

I am on one pill only. I am afraid to increase dose...
I am a small person and I don't know what will it do to me.

does any one took them? is it still gonna work with one pill each day?
