Default Disinfecting Water

Anyone have any idea how many drops of MMS (unactivated) to use to disinfect a quart of water? Son is going back packing in High Unitas, where girardia is known to live in the streams.

I don't know about MMS, but here is an article that tells about using bleach.

i am Gianni from italy, if you want disinfect water with MMS (unactivated) you must add 1.5 drops every liter of water. This informations comes from Jim Humble book.

this similar to what I heard. but it works faster if your activate it. About one hr if you activate it and 4 hrs if you don't.
