There are disinfectants for hospitals that use Chlorine Dioxide as the main ingredient and it is especially for MRSA.

That does not mean it is in strong enough concentrations in vivo to kill it, but it has the potential to kill it in a large enough quantity. Apparently, the disinfectant is stabilized some how or it would rapidly lose its effectiveness after it was made.

Default About MRSA and MMS

Hi James/corax50

Welcome to natmedtalk.

I do hope you make getting that culture a priority. If it were me I would stop treatment for a couple of days to try to be sure that the culture takes. Even if it is not MRSA it will be good to have an identified microbe.

It is important for you to know what you are dealing with. I can affect your course of treatment and the antibiotic you use if the MMS does not work.

Secondly it is important to humanity to know if MMS can cure MRSA and to our nation as a whole.

Even if it is not MRSA but another microbe we will still have a better idea of the potential. I have been concerned about the ability of MMS to get into tissues that are circulatory compromised to do the work. In severe MRSA cases the tissues can be very compromised. It needs to be able to work its way through the biofilm that this bacteria forms over and around wounds, which is much of the problem with antibiotics.

Best,
Arrow

Default About Diabetes and MMS

D Bergy,

There is some indication that MMS alleviates diabetes from shreds of testimonials I have found here and there. I do not think that it will in all cases but perhaps in some. Your pancreas needs the potential to make insulin, that means the islets of langerhan need to be present and fundamentally capable. Diabetics in general are riddled with parasitic microbes of the microscopic kind. It could only help them in the long run to use mms, and perhaps prevent gangrene, neuropathy and other organ failures.

There have been doctors, revolutionaries in concept, who have thought that the islets in most diabetics were capable, but another problem was blocking production or utilization of insulin.

Thanks Arrow
I aim to do just that- culture the bug for MRSA, as soon as I can schedual an appt. Since I started my MMS journey on 20 DEC 07 I have had the following improvemants in my health:

mental alertness Notice this most while at work keeping up with a lot of multi tasking.
energy: Making it through my routine six 12hr night shifts here at the hospital. No abounding energy but enough to get through each night.
increased libido Again nothing dramatic but a definite upswing.
lungs clear I had an upper respiratory infection for about 6 weeks- w/first 2 drop dose in the evening by next morning it was completely gone.
circulation My fingernails for over 10 years have been white- poor circ. Now they have turned a healthy looking pink. Color in my face is better.
joints Stiffness in the morning (I'm 57) was also almost completely removed with first 2 drop dose! My hands have "trigger finger" in the middle fingers of both hands and I have not been able to snap my fingers for over 10 years- but dexterity has returned to my fingers and yes- I can snap them. Middle fingers are still locking but very slight. Wondering if this will go away as well?
bloatedness Usually after I eat there is a bloated feeling for several hours- mostly gas in the stomach. This took several days treatment but now is greatly reduced.
Sleep My sleep is now very good- with reduced apnea. I have even found myself sleeping on my back- something I have not been able to do for many years due to blockage of the airway as soon as I falll asleep. My dreams are vivid. Less sleep seems to produce greater results- I'm sleeping 5-6 hours when I'm on my work week and seem to get plenty of rest. Prior to MMS it was more like 8-9 hours to get what I needed.
sweet tooth Yes I had one- and I'm still eating sweets I think out of the habit BUT I've noticed it is very easy to pass sweets up now- the strong drive to consume them is gone.
breath Gums and breath are much better. One of my children had a good dash of halitosis- mixed up the MMS toothbrush/mouth rinse and one application almost took it away. After the second time she rinsed it was gone.
constipation In a word: NONE. I used to have a BM about once a day and get a little C maybe one day every 2-3 weeks. Now I seem to have several small soft stool per day. I think my bowels are still flushing a lot of toxins out.
I know most of these improvements have a subjective quality to them- they are hard to clinically quantify. I have seen a lot of experiences similar to mine on the MMS blogs. I have not seen the pickup in energy yet- just a steady stream of usable energy. My protocol presently is to remain on 15-20 drops MMS twice daily for several weeks- then drop to a maintenance dose of 6/day. Working in a hospital is as good a reason as any to keep your immune system tweaked out. James

Look at the similarities with my post and this one(my comments in red):
Anonymous Coward

...................."In the first 4 months I noticed the following benefits:

- I lost 40lbs (although I had NOT been trying to lose weight) (I am 80# overweight- no sign. loss yet)
- I began to look a LOT younger ... I was 39 then ... most people
would guess I was 28 - 29
- My eyes brightened a TON ... they went from tired and dull, to bright green ... for the first time in my life, people would comment about my eyes...lol
- Little skin problems cleared up ... itchiness, skin health, etc...
- My dandruff disappeared and my scalp stopped itching.
- I finally slept soundly; I had always awoken tired, and would have trouble waking up even by 7 or 8 in the morning; now, I could go to bed at 11pm, and I would ALWAYS pop awake at 4:30 or 5am, ready to go, and not be tired again until the next night. DITTO
- My snoring/sleep apnea just WENT away ... I had been tested in a hospital sleep study center, and I would stop breathing about 30 times per hour. DITTO- but my S. apnea was not this bad.
- My allergies (seasonal, food, environmental) just WENT away ... after years of suffering, and trying every OTC med known to man.
- My STRONG desires for sweets/carbs just WENT away (and when I say desires here, I mean pure LUST) DITTO
- My mind cleared up ... for the first time really since high school I felt like I had my brain back ... it was wonderful; I started writing again, poetry and stories, I started studying new subjects, etc... DITTO- to a lesser degree.
- My energy level and my stamina continued to skyrocket ... I would take my soccer ball down to the park, in the 98 degree heat of July, and play with the 16 year old soccer players until they wore out. Then I would go for a run. Steady, even energy- no kick butt stuff yet. I feel very relaxed and comfortable.
- My patience, tolerance and love for others increased.".......................

James Corax,

If you do happen to have MRSA, you will need to go back to the doc and get a nasal swab test.

Nasal swab tests will tell you if you have colonized and become a carrier. These swab tests are predictably unreliable so hospitals that do the tests require their patients to repeat the test x3. When I did pediatrics most of the kids I dealt with had MRSA at one point or another. Childrens hospital in that city required three negative cultures before they kids were out of isolation rooms. Fortunatley I never colonized which is like a miracle cause we were not nearly as cautious 24 years ago as medical staff is today.

It is said that up to one third of surgeons in general and one third of all medical staff in California carry MRSA. The treatment is usually bactroban anticiotic cream in the nose for about 10 days.

If you go to www.HealthSalon.org there is a ton of excellent info on how to deal with MRSA with alternative medicine. It would be fantastic if we can add MMS to the list.

Default MMS Using Vinegar Activator Makes DCA: Anti-Cancer Agent

[Hoping to get this MMS discussion going again.... ]

Dichloroacetate as an Anti-Cancer Agent
https://www.dichloroacetate.org/

https://www.thedcasite.com/Medicor_Ca...07_Report.html
---------

My taste and smell comparisons of various MMS activators determined that using a 10-1 ratio of 5% distilled vinegar produces the same strength chlorine dioxide in solution as the recommended 5-1 ratio of 10% citric acid.

I also questioned whether there was any other inherent benefit from using the citrate ions (from citric acid) or the acetate ions (from acetic acid--vinegar) in the activator solution.

Well, since chlorine is released during activation to convert the sodium chlorite to useful chlorine dioxide, at least some of that freed chlorine should also bond with the acetate ions to make DCA!

DOUBLE WHAMMY: chlorine dioxide AND dichloroacetate

Comments??

Chlorine Dioxide oxidizes Iron in water treatment applications. Since Iron is needed by Cancer to grow, or that is the way I remember it, that may be one reason it works for Cancer.

If it is producing DCA that would also help. I do not remember the mechanism of DCA. I should see if anything new is happening on that front.

I have been using MMS for 5 days & am up to 10 drops twice a day.

Reason is, I have had a Sinus /upper respitory infection since 11/05/07!
2 -seperate 6day steroid blasts plus steroid nasal spray/claritin
..didn't work
1 round ( 10 day) of heavy anti-biotics.. no worky
Visited E.N.T. doctor next , got 1 sinus catscan
Given 20 days heavy anti-biotics, guess what, didn't work!
E.N.T. dr. now says I'm a canidate for surgery, to clean out sinuses
appt. is for the end of the month.

Well don't think i'll need that now
I feel great , sleeping great , breathing awesome ,
more energy ,thinking clearer , no desire for coffee !!

I'm not totally in the clear yet , must be a nasty bug (virus)
I can see the light @ the end of the tunnel though
Guess I'll keep going to 15 drops
Then what? taper off to a maintainance dose of 6 /day ?

I'm amazed , mark

keep us posted on your results.

I use MMS once a week to help keep my Crohn's disease in check. I also take Low Dose Naltrexone to regulate immune function.

Mark, This is good news. I'm glad you found MMS. After reaching 15 drops I took 15 drops three times daily for one full week. Now I'm on a maintenance dose. I read where Jim says 4-6 drops daily maintenance is ok so I go the 4-drop route which is more palatable. I like to swish around or brush to help my gums before swallowing.

Default 1 ounce (oz) = 28.35 grams (1 ml. = 1 gram liquid)

https://www.abbit.be/tips/conversion.htm

However, the MMS comes in liquid form with its own dropper in the bottle cap, so just squeeze the MMS dose (5-15 drops) into a juice glass and then add five times as many drops of 5% distilled vinegar or 10% citric acid (lemon or lime juice will do) to activate the MMS for 3 minutes before diluting to one gulp size with water.
