Default Ashwagandha Any positive experiences with it for mental alertness & concentration?

I'm taking it for stress but also want to use it to help me focus and give me mental energy.

I'm not familiar with this herb. Vinpocetine, fish oil and lecithin are effective for me.

It's an Indian Herb. Helps lower cortisol. Thanks for your help anyway.
