First I'd like to congratulate you for making the changes that you have so far If you can also start to drink more filtered water everyday, it will help, our bodies and brains need hydration.

I would cut back on the computer to three hours, less is better, but 3 would be a good improvement for now. One hour for work, and 2 hours for other stuff. I'm glad you acknowledge that it's pointless wasting time things, and at this point you could be using that time to benefit yourself personally. You can go to the library, and check out a book about something that interests you, completely unrelated to school work, take time to read things like that instead of being online, it's better for your mind, and you should really enjoy it.

As already mentioned, walking or jogging is great exercise. It's a stress reliever and will revive your system. Just do it in a safe place where there's other kids around and you're out in the open. It's ideal if you can meet up and become friends with other kids that are into healthy sports, maybe get a workout buddy. Try to be around trees as opposed to car traffic. Anything can be used as a hand weight, you can start doing arm curls, etc. Also any clothesline type of rope can be used as a jumprope.

You have to confide in your parents, so they can bring you in to get checked out. Chances are they've already noticed you have these problems.

Hello everyone !!!

Sorry that I couldn't respond earlier, but I was in the hospital. They had me checked out, and everything was OK. We also talked over a new lifestyle, basically what to eat, where to work etc.

They also said that it could've been cause because of stress.

But now I am fine. THANK YOU ALL for you answers. I showed the doctor this forum, and he said what you guys wrote was true. You helped me alot!

Thank you again!!

Sincerly,
Tom
