Default About positive and negative stress

Hi I am from Eastern Europe and more precisely from Bulgaria, a country which boasts great scenery, coast and cool air. Perfect destination for tourists but I'm not here to do any advertising of my country. I am a psychologist and would like to be included in the discussions that take place here in the forum.If you need advice on stress and depression I am your man.

Welcome to the forum exutras. You are right about Bulgaria. I've only seen it on TV travel programs, but it sure looks like one could alleviate a lot of stress by going to such a beautiful country.

We seem to hear a lot about PTS. Mostly from people returning from a stressful war torn area. I can only imagine what happens to such people. People who get no break from stress. It just goes on and on. Probably fitful sleep too. Never knowing if one will even wake up.

In the presence of PTS you have memories of unpleasant incidents. This has happened to the veterans but not limited to them. From PTS suffering people experienced crashes, beatings and violence, they see a recurrent episode before their eyes with the same intensity as when you feel it. I am sorry again for my bad English.

Soon I will write more on this topic including how to fight with post traumatic stress.
