Default A good night of drinking and then the health food stores

Tied one on last night at Kent State: real beers, not the bud, miller, iron city we get here. Hit the kent farmers market this morning grass fed beef and chicken and then the health food store organic butter from grass fed cows: what are CLAs good for , the butter has that on the package.

Default Good news

I am going to keep this as we have been paying extra for the grass fed and some think it stupid. We did as the taste is 100% better and the roast is like grandma fixed years ago with it's own gravy. Great news!!!

grass fed tastes much better and has omegas and CLAs (I am just learning about those). Much closer to what the good Lord designed us to eat.
