Default Simple Colon Cleanse

I am looking for a homemade recipe for colon cleanse. I heard juicing with fruits and vegetables for two weeks would work. Is that is. Thankx.

Eating more whole fruits and vegetables would be a better strategy than juicing, in my opinion. Colon cleansing generally involves the consumption or supplementation of large quantities fiber/roughage. Juice isn't a very good source of fiber. On the other hand, whole foods such as fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables are often excellent sources of roughage.

You could also consider making a smoothie that contains frozen berries and flax seeds or a shake that includes pure cocoa powder and shredded coconut.

Question Colon Cleanse

xyztrace - Before making a final decision, you might want to read the info on the
Blessed Herbs site, just below these posts. Be sure to read the
testamonials too. I have nothing to do with Blessed Herbs - just clicked on their
site.
Good Luck!

Most are based on psyllium seed husks. Also known as metamucil.

prunes and hot coffe always worked for the folks when i worked in the hospital over thirty years ago (gosh thats a long time?) But if you are just wanting to clean yourself out and not worry about the health benefits, since you dont want a sales pitch..try mixing some epsoms salts in a tall glass of warm water... you will get cleaned out fast
