Default swine flu treatment ? mms or vit c?

Hi I was wondering what everyones opinions are on what they would be taking if they had a serious case of flu, I have been researching about treatments you can use to help yourself vitamin c in high doses and mms are the two that I am am considering, however I know that they are not compatable with each other so it would be best to do one or the other!
I have tried mms for a few days and had a few bad headaches and tiredness , similar to what I have had on a detox, but generally it made me feel quite healthy , I am not sure what would happen if I were to be ill and take it I have yet to try it! I am also not sure which? acorbic acid or sodium ascorbate vit c to bowel tollerance , I have found conflicting info .
I did buy sodium ascorbate because it is less acidic ,but then found info about ascorbic acid being better at high dosage and less dangerous at very high levels. Anyones coment welcomed please correct me if I have it all wrong! thanks

I had the same questions and decided that I would go with Vitamin C and if the Vit C seemed not to be helping after 3 days I would switch to MMS.

I have known people who say MMS is great for a flu or cold and others who say it didn't help so the verdict is still out in my mind.

Default Five great anti-virals

Mike Adams (the health ranger) listed 5 anti-virals in an article on his site Natural News.

I use colloidal silver as my first and most powerful line of defense. I have done this for other similar problems; as I have not had the flu since 1964. That was my last flu shot too.

I use NutraSilver. I pour out a 1/2 cup of distilled water. Then I add 20 drops of NutraSilver to that and drink. On the first day I do this every 2 hours. Next day nearly all symptoms are gone. However I continue with the same dosage every 4 hours. Once I'm done with the silver, I replenish my friendly bacteria. I don't know if silver destroys good bacteria; but I'm assuming so. It is so powerful. It's like a miracle to me.

Saturday, I had to go outside to a festival and sit in the cold (50s and low 60s) and damp, moldy woods. This was for a one day festival for a wildlife refuge. The cold affected my immune system enough to give me really bad problems with my sinuses. I suspect the mold. I could not sleep that night. I could not get off of the couch the next day. I did the silver protocol. Next day, only slightly runny nose - cleared by afternoon.

Nutra silver is a good choice.

Jim Humble thinks that if you take 6 drops of mms everyday you won't get the flu. I put his protocol for treating the flu on the mms thread
