Default Good intestine cleaning enema solution

I am looking for a good cleaning enema solution, there seems to be quite a few, is the standard "coffee" one a good one or is there a better one?

The coffee enema does not clean the instestine as much as it stimulates the liver to dump toxins. Its like adding a cup of speed to your liver! and for liver detox it is highly recommended, which is really the crux of all detox, it is a good choice.

The mesenteric veinous system lines the colon. It will absorb whatever you do an enema with and carry it directly to the liver. It is one of the most direct ways you can contact your liver.

MMS enema will detox the colon big time. and it will also travel to the liver via the mesenteric veinous system.. I suspect, from the testimonials that I have read that it will cure diverticuli, polyps and possibly colon cancer. Now that is detox. Remember, we have basically two things that need detox, microbes/parasites and chemicals/metals. When those are gone and the diet is good stuff, cholesterol and other abnormal lab findings often straighten out.

You could alternatate mms and coffee enema... especially if you think your liver is sluggish. For many people a coffee enema just once or twice a week is enough...

Many enema protocols for heavy detox in serious disease calls for enemas several times a day. Personally I like the implant concept.
That requires a small catheter, about a 14 french, that is put into the colon about 10 to 12 inches, and the 1/2 cup of medicinal fluid is instilled. This is the wheatgrass approach to colon detox. Its not as rough as a full blown enema and this approach can be used intermittantly with enemas.

Jims site has the protocol for the MMS enema. www.jimhumble.biz

Thanks Arrow...
I am trying to "clean my colon", I was doing the coffee enema a while back and was feeling better and getting some mucus and foul stuff out, so I probably have some candida infection (I have read most people do) and a good cleanse would probably be good for me, do you still think the mms and coffee would be the best, I have read about so many solutions that people use.
Thanks

Yes, that combined with a high fiber diet. Most disease in the colon is from sluggishness due to poor food, inadequate liver/gall bladder function and the accumulation of pathogens in the tissues. A liver flush is helpful also, called a liver flush but it has a lot of action on the gall bladder. If stones or sand are present digestion is comprimised

Regularity, with good fiber and low pathogen load is the key to health.
