Hey guys.. ive been having some new symptoms which maybe nothing..

had some allergies or something, a few weeks ago my neck/ears got really red and hot.. thought nothing of it, then the other day I ate a turkey sandwich.. went outside, and my neck/ears/elbows and knees got like a red rash and were really hot for like 30 minutes.. then it went away.. maybe its just allergies but i never had this happen before in my life.

then the past couple days ive had really bad dry mouth.. and i drink lots of water but it doesnt seem to help.. mouth is still really dry? dunno why.. I heard that can be a sign of diabetes.. hopefully thats not the case though, I eat more healthily then a lot of people I know but I stlil eat a fair amount of pasta and fruit juice which could do it I suppose. Im also skinny and not fat at all?

AND, I got some hormone results in finally.. just some basic ones though:
estradiol was 22.6, FSH 6.5, LH 3.1, prolactin 35 and testosterone 744

Uro said my prolactin was a little high but nothing to worry about just yet, seems like the testosterone is normal? Should I get my thyroid etc checked?

what about thyroid frees and TSH. Your testosterone looks pretty awesome. Maybe also an ultrasensitive estradiol test.

Can the dry mouth be caused by hypoglycemia or adrenal problems? Or does it sound like Diabetes?

There were a few times recently where I overdid the pasta.. literally had like 4 plates of it .. now I realize thats really unhealthy.. i just hope its not too late to change!

Cold hands/feet is usually caused by being deficient in iodine.

Most people are deficient in iodine and don't even know it. The RDA is 150 micrograms per day, but like most supplements, this amount is too low to be of any value.

Get some Lugols iodine, which is 5% iodine and 10% potassium chloride mixed with 85 parts pure water, and take about 20 drops per day. That should equal about 40 to 50 milligrams per day, which is high enough to be beneficial.

Mainstream says these amounts of iodine are toxic, however, they are wrong.... as usual.

Hi,
You mention unresolved stress in your original post... Handling sources of stress will go a long way to helping handle resulting physical issues.

You could endlessly try to handle physical issues, and can and should address them (there is good info in this thread) but if you want to "pull them out by the root" then look at solving whatever problems are creating stress in your life!

Here's an article that clarifies what stress is and how "good stress" and "bad stress" affect your physical health

Cheers,
BB
