Default I found 87 year old Bill's story interesting.

I found 87 year old Bill's story interesting. Here's his post from HSI:

Great story - he feels 25 at the age of 87.

Blood pressure, now, isn't that just a bit on the low side?? If he is healthy, then he is healthy, but I had to raise an eyebrow about that BP.

I thought the pulse rate was pretty slow too....mine is closer to 72 when I'm sitting around or resting, faster if I'm up and around on my feet.

He may be a reptilian, like Dubya.

Slow heart rate can actually be a sign of a strong heart. Athletes have slow heart rates because their hearts have adapted to the high demands made on them. I think soccer players are the ones with the slowest heart rates, maybe showing that interval training (which is what they go through during a game) is the better or best method of developing cardio health.

Dr. Al Sears has raised points that show how aerobics is unhealthy for the heart.

Default 87 yr old!

Check out Bill's memory - perhaps he's forgotten what
a 25 yr old feels like, esp. in certain parts of one's body.
Or recalling a Fantasy

I don't suffer from Arthritis pain either, but I eat lots of
Cayenne. Don't need to gulp down loads of Fish Oil either
