Default Bladder contractility

Have lost some ability for my bladder to contract normally due to years of BPH and not going when I should have. Anyone know of anything that can be done for this, it's making my nocturia pretty annoying. I have
an appointment with my urologist. Had laser surgery on the prostate, but that doesn't appear to have been the whole problem.

I have a similar issue, though probably not as bad.

Urologist put me on Flo-max. Worked like a charm.
Take it before bedtime. Drains the bladder completely.

I also take beta-sitosterol for the prostate plus Prex-a-Med
rye pollen.
