Default Discovery in Animals with Parkinson's Disease

Hey everyone, I found this really interesting article today on Technology Review about a discovery made in animals with Parkinson's Disease. They have discovered a way to protect neurons from degenerating and dying. This could have major implications for developing drugs for humans with Parkinson's. Check out the full article here:

I appreciate articles like this. It tells me there are still dedicated researchers working in the trenches of Official Medicine, searching for ways to alleviate the suffering of mankind's most intractable diseases. Too often the focus is on Big Pharma and its excesses. We tend to forget that not everything about Official Medicine is evil.
