This forum has been upgraded to the latest version vBulletin 3.7, here are some new features you might be interested:

User Picture Galleries
Members can now create albums and upload pictures to their account.

It can be accessed from 'Quick Links -> Pictures & Albums'.


Thread Tagging
Tags has been popular among blogs. Tags can be added when creating a new thread.

Any users who click on these tags will not only find all threads that have the same tag, but will also contribute to the building of a search tag cloud, which gives users a quick guide as to what has been searched for recently and most frequently.


Customizable Profile Page
You can leave public message on your profile, other members can post messages on your profile page. The color/font can be changed too.

Click your username at the top of each page to go to your profile page.

Social Groups
The new version put a lot of effort on interaction between members, such as user created social groups, friends, contacts, etc.

Kevin - is there an upper limit for picture size, or album size?

For members with 20+ posts
Maximum picture size: 1280x1024
Maximum picture file size: 200KB
Maximum per album: 60
Maximum album count: no limit

1280x1024 and 200KB should be enough for most cases. I suggest the picture is no bigger than 1024x768 for easy uploading and browsing.

hey, folks.. this is something not all forum owners will provide, since it takes space, and monitoring to make sure it isn't abused (like with spammers). so, this is a nice bonus for the forum. The advantage is that you can upload the picture here to the forum server - in other words, you do not have to find a photo service to put your photos. plus, you can organize them, too.
