An Interesting article Ted, & of course should be looked into in Shaken Baby cases. BUT, as far as I'm
concerned, anyone truly guilty of doing this to a baby/child should be convicted & put to death him-herself.

The problem is they can be found guilty although innocent because of the ignorance of health professionals.
If you don't understand the importance of vitamin D3 during pregnancy and lactation you are not going to recognise borderline rickets cases in young babies as Vitamin D deficiency is as much a potential cause of damaged bones as those outlined in this paper.

I understand how vitamin C deficiency can (and does) cause symptoms of shaken baby syndrome, however, as in the case against Allan Yurko, so do vaccines, and I'm surprised at how little vaccines are mentioned in this report.

There are alot of innocent people in prison, but you will rarely hear a prosecutor admit that.

The justice system fails too often, and should be "adjusted" so that it fails on the side of the accused if it fails at all. That way the "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" is taken to a higher level.

In my opinion, it is better if a guilty person is found to be innocent rather than an innocent person being found guilty.

Yes, I agree the innocent must go free even if it means some guilty walk. In time the guilty will find their way into some other misadventure and get what they deserve... all should not be at the expense of the innocent for they become the victim

Yet, the pressure is on for conventional medicine to cover up and deny what their drugs do... so innocent will greive and pay, like Allan Yurko... and they have all those dam and too often stupid social workers endeavoring to balance the scales against families.
