Thanks K2C, lol, I knew I ment to put it in there. Never thought a post about poo would generate so many replies. It could be from me not chewing all the way, I know I have a habit of that. I also have gotten braces recently, so that doesn't help my chewing much.

Make sure what looks like Rice, are not tapeworms.

I had a CT scan and had to drink contrast fluid. This was after fasting for a couple of days and taking pills to completely clean out my intestines.

After the CT scan you have to go badly since you are full of this contrast fluid. I went several times to the bathroom and had these rice looking things. They were white and looked like rice. I had not eaten rice in months, and besides that, I was cleaned out prior to the CT scan.

The contrast fluid killed some parasites, that I later identified as tapeworms. These particular ones come from swallowing an infected flea. Our pets got fleas prior to this and since some of them slept on our bed, I must have swallowed one in my sleep.

I used MMS later on, to both kill the tapeworms, and treat my Crohn's. It worked well for both. I have not seen any "rice" since.

Turmeric Tincture will also kill some of them. Turmeric in pill form will not.

Corn, green peas or beets have always been the best foods to check on transit time for me.
TV's Dr Oz always talks about Poop. Maybe you can find something on his website. https://www.doctoroz.com
may be the right link.
You sound pretty normal to me. Good luck!

That is VERY true about the chewing jofus. I'm guilty of not chewing thoroughly, especially when eating certain things like macadamia nuts, craisins, blueberries, etc...and it shows!

This absolutely is not normal. These veggies should be digesting.
Corn is a single exception, yet still most people digest it ok.

If you are not digesting veggies how can you expect to get the vitamins you need from them?

I hope this is still not occuring and was a temporary event as it is not all that uncommon and can be disregarded, but only if it is temporary. If it is still occuring you need to supplement your digestive system, that is failing you, with digestive enzymes that are specific for vegetables... but it makes me wonder just how good your digestion is of protiens also.

I agree with Arrow, this is not normal.

I would suggest a good probiotic. This is very important since good bacteria produce B12, which is necessary for absorbing nutrients.

I would also suggest that your stomach acid may be low, and should be checked. Without sufficient stomach acid, proper digestion is not possible.

I disagree with Arrowwind, if you have a fast transit time, some veggies will not digest completely. You are fine. You should take a probiotic for awhile just out of a general halth promoting tool, but fibrous components are niot highly digestable.

Jofus, I did some searching. Chew your food better and longer and the veggie pieces will disappear.

I've read all the replies, honestly. I've even given each one serious thought. But for the life of me, I still can't help sitting here trying to decide who should play the lead role in the movie version of the CIA Poop Spy. I keep coming back to Ewan McGregor.

Chewing food causes the release of enzymes. Vegetables bring in enzymes that will actually help to digest them. Enzymes are your friend. Digestive bitters would help the body to produce enzymes too.

This happens on a regular basis. I mostly see the skins from blueberrys, nuts and seeds. I eat these items nearly every morning in my breakfast.

I having been taking proboitics for a few months, they don't seem to help, I also eat organic yogurt or keifer in the morning with my breakfast.

I also have a white thick coating (still) on my tounge, and despite using MMS, iodine, and H2O2 protocols has not changed. I am currently on a humaworm cleanse (day 5) and no change.
