HAIR

Water

Water makes up one-fourth of the weight of a hair strand and it is key ingredient for silky and shiny hair. Make sure to drink at least eight glasses (two liters) of water daily.

Protein

Protein strengthens the hair shaft and reduces the possibilities of hair splitting and breaking. It is necessary to stop hair splitting and breaking to ensure long and thick hair. Fish, meat, milk, eggs, cheese, nuts, and cereals are good source of protein.

Vitamins

Vitamin A benefits skin and scalp, where as vitamin B and C strengthen hair strands and promote blood circulation on the scalp. Vitamin E is also very important for your hair, it gives color and ensures long and thick hair. Fruit, green vegetables, cereals, eggs, milk, bread are good source of vitamins.

Minerals

Iron helps oxygen to reach hair roots. Red meat and dark green vegetables are good source of iron. Zinc not only builds hair protein, but also prevents hair loss. Zinc is found abundantly in sea food and meat. Copper helps hair pigmentation and optimizes natural hair color. Shellfish, liver, fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds and meat are good source of minerals. Minerals are necessary for long and thick hair.

How to Grow Long and Thick Hair

The first and foremost thing you have to remember is that you have to trim your hair regularly. Massage your hair and scalp, and always use hair serums that have UV protection. Apparently, good nutrition is the major factor for long and thick hair. So eat balanced diet and drink as much water as you can. Your hair will be long and thick when hair roots are strong. Follow these tips to grow long and thick hair.

Natural drying

Blowing dry will in long run damage your hair. Let your hair dry naturally. Do not overuse iron to stylize your hair. Hair dryer and iron will split and break hair stands, and make your hair rough and dull.

Right comb

If your hair is long always use thick comb. Thin comb will make your hair roots weak. Tying your hair in a tight knot will also weaken your hair roots.

Healthy diet

Green vegetables, fruits, milk and dairy products are good for your hair. Eat food that contains iron and iodine. Iron and iodine nourish hair and make your hair long and strong. Avoid fried and spicy food.

Hair massage

Oil is very important for your hair, it nourishes hair and strengthens hair roots. Massage your hair from root to tip, and when your massage scalp, use finger tips.

Hair cleaning

For healthy growth of hair, cleaning is very important. When your hair is clean, it grows rapidly. Shampoo your hair whenever you use hair styling products. Before you shampoo your hair, massage with oil or use hair packs.

SKIN

Take Vitamin C, E and A supplements daily. Vitamin C act as a booster to Vitamin E. It also lessens damages to skin tissues caused by cumulative sun exposure. It even has the ability to normalize excessive melanin production.

Vitamin E protects cells from free radicals. It plumps up weak cells. Vitamin A corrects damaged tissues. It speeds up the healing process of the skin.

Increase your intake of sea foods. Salt water fishes like salmon and tuna contain omega-3 fatty acids that can prevent cellular inflammation and keep skin dewy and firm. You can also eat sea weeds as they can prevent the loss of HA.

You might also find the benefits of dry skin brushing helpful. One of the main reasons why the integumentary system loses its youthful lustre and firmness is because of poor circulation of fluid and blood. In addition to that, dead skin cells accumulate in pores. These problems can be solved through dry skin brushing.

It is practical and simple. Just use a paddle brush and massage it on your skin in a circular motion. Allow it to improve blood circulation. This is best done in the morning right before taking a bath.

I suggest using an anti aging moisturizer that is made up of CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano Lipobelle HEQ10. Since your body fails to produce the essential dermis components that can promote elastic and firm skin, you need the help of these ingredients.

CynergyTK supplies functional keratin to the dermis. Keratin is responsible for the production of collagen and elastin. This ingredient has been taken from sheep wool. It has similar keratin to skin so your integumentary system will not perceive it as a foreign substance. It will adhere quickly to skin functions.

Phytessence Wakame is a type of sea kelp that can prevent the loss of hyaluronic acid. As you get older, several harmful enzymes in your body break down HA. HA is needed to lubricate collagen and elastin. This will help collagen avoid permanent damages.

Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 will protect your cells from the harmful effects of free ranging radicals. This is an antioxidant different from the others due to its smaller molecular structure. It can penetrate all seven layers of the skin for a free radical "gobbling up" effect.

Biotin is good for hair and nails, I sometimes use a 5 mg. capsule daily...https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Biotin. Omega 3 fish oil and coconut oil taken internally will help the skin. Lutein supplements also benefit the skin.
