\nI have a problem with poor circulation, especially in my toes and legs.
\n
\nThis is nearly always the case in winter but quite often at other times too, even when it is warm weather.
\n
\nI have had my blood pressure checked and they suggest that it is fine.
\n
\nI am not more than 7 to 10 pounds overweight.
\n
\nI don\'t really want to use any drugs. I am doing a bit of research on the net to see what I can find that may help me. Does anyone have any data in the meantime?

\r\n \r\n Do what you can to increase your circulation. are you developing peripheral vascular disease? this should be investigated and if it is so there is much you can do.

\nAlso look into Raynaud\'s disease. This can be helped also even if the docs think not. A full exam should be undertaken.

\nAre your feet or toes cold? What are the signs of poor circulation. Leg cramps may or may not be related to poor ciruculation. Most often cramps are related to mineral deficiency.\r\n

Default Legs get cramps from poor circulation

Hi,

I have a problem with poor circulation, especially in my toes and legs.

This is nearly always the case in winter but quite often at other times too, even when it is warm weather.

I have had my blood pressure checked and they suggest that it is fine.

I am not more than 7 to 10 pounds overweight.

I don't really want to use any drugs. I am doing a bit of research on the net to see what I can find that may help me. Does anyone have any data in the meantime?
