Default poor circulation

My circulation hasn't been normal for the past several years. There are tiny broken capillaries near both of my ankles and on the side of one of my legs.

This morning after breakfast when I was cleaning dishes I noticed my arms were blotchy like my blood vessels were showing through. I looked on my legs and they were blotchy too with a blueish tint. It went away in 5 minutes but now I'm freaked. It looked a little like this https://www.everydayhealth.com/health...y-disease.aspx

Everything is normal now. I jumped on the trampoline and that helped. But this is scary to say the least.

Someone once asked what is the best herb out of the top ten? The answer is cayanne, because it makes the other 9 work better.

Taking a cayanne tincture or capsule every day will increase blood flow, thus will improve circulation. The cayanne should be 90,000 heat units for best results.

It is not cholesterol or plaque that causes plugged arteries, its excess calcium. That is why it is necessary to supplement with magnesium from citrate (and D3) because magnesium regulates calcium. That way, excess calcium won't end up in the soft tissue.

I would try the the wet sock therapy. It was effect for my chronic cold feet that are better from it I think.

be sure to warm the feet first.

Make sure feet are warm and dry. If necessary, warm feet in warm water before beginning treatment. Wet a pair of white cotton socks in cold water and wring them out well. The socks should be damp but not dripping wet. Place the socks on both feet. Place wool socks (preferably 100% but no less than 80% wool) over the cotton socks and go to bed with enough blankets so that you are warm during the night. In the morning, the socks should be dry. Perform this treatment every night while congestion / illness lasts. This can be used to treat colds, headaches, sore throats, ear infections, and almost any other problem involving congestion or infection in the upper body and head. This form of treatment is not used for conditions irritated by moisture or for very weak individuals.

I would also be doing serrapeptase, about 80,000 IU 3 x day for 3 weeks then gradually decrease to about 60,000 3xday, then 40,000 2xd for a week then 40,000 1xd routinely.

If there is congestion in the vessels this should make a difference and you will be able to determine if you need the therapy longer or not by symptoms.

Continue with your vitamin c and niacin once a day would be good also about 30 minutes before one of the serrapeptase doses.

Drs. Best Serrapeptase from Iherb.com

Along with serrapeptase, it would be good if you could use nattokinase. You can find this at any location where you find serrapeptase. It is a fermented soy product that is a breakfast food in Japan. It acts like aspirin.

There is another thing also, pycogenol. Many studies have been done on how this improves circulation. I take it frequently. Its make from pine bark. This might be the perfect long term product to use after a decent course of other stuff. Its good for sooo many things. Do a search on it and I think we have threads on the topic here.

Try bioflavanoids for vessel integrity.

You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!

In hindsight, for the past couple days I've had two new things in my health enhancing attempt that may have added to this situation. I added another ozone machine to filter the entire house and it has been on 24/7. The house smells so much better (no more old cottage smell). Perhaps the extra oxygen is getting my internal sludge moving. Another thing I added for the first time was DMSO internally. It is known to help clear arteries and improve circulation. I've stopped the DMSO and haven't had another episode of severe lack of circulation like the other morning.

Exercise should help too. This is a wakeup call to start exercising again.

I've got some research to do. The sock therapy is a no brainer, easy and affordable. (I just need to buy the right kind of socks)

The serrapeptase comes from the silkworm. I've contacted Drs. Best to get more info. A little uneasy about Japan items at the moment and I believe it may be from the Japanese silkworm (which could grow anywhere)..

I LOVE cayenne pepper. Hopefully it'll come in an organic version. My parents suffered with arthritis so I've been easy on the nightshade vegetables but if it could be therapeutic to my circulation that is more important right now.

I was going to buy some natto at a local asian market about a year ago but got turned off when I read the fungus on it creates a slimey texture to it. The supplements should be easier to take.

Lemons. Lemons are one of Gods most wonderful gifts to us - full of bioflavonoids but perhaps a supplement will be more powerful.

I'm always so grateful for everyone on this forum. A true God send Ya'll are!!!!!!!!!!

Get a great blender (like a vitamix) and throwin a whole organic lemon, a qt of water and a few ice cubes and a couple spoons of sugar. Makes a nice lemonade full of bioflavanoids.

Do yourself a bigger favour and skip the sugar.

Use stevia instead.

Here's a recipe with no sweeteners other than apples:

2 lemons
6 inch ginger
2 fuji apples
1 T. of cayenne pepper 90,000 heat units
1-2 cups water
