			Hello everyone, 
  
I am new to this site, registered today. I am looking for advice on/with my supplementation stack. 
  
Before I list my stack I will give you some background information on me. 
Age: 41 
Gender: Male 
Height: 5'8" 
Weight: 175lbs 
Body Composition: decent, between 8% and 9% body fat. Been this way most of my life. 
Goal: Primary, I'd like to put on about 10lbs to 15lbs of muscle; secondary, reduce body fat (ie 175lbs x 8.5% = 14.88ish lbs of body fat, trying to get my body fat down to 10ish lbs or so.) 
Exercise experience: I have been active pretty much my entire life playing various organized sports, I'm no stranger to the gym, and I enjoy exercising working out. I feel I'm fairly athletic but I'm not an elite athlete.  
Lastly: 
I eat fairly well, I stay away from fast food, I stay away from syrupy drinks like colas, I don't smoke, I don't eat mayo, nor do I drink coffee (don't like the tast nor do I want all that tar from coffee in my GI track.) I spend a lot of time in my vehical travelling for work.  
  
My stack is: 
At night I take 
- Mucuna Pruriens (just recently started w/in last month) 
- Secretagogue Gold (just recently started w/in last month) 
- ZMA 
- GABA 
- DMEA 
- 5-HTP 
  
Upon waking  
- HGHUp  
- Cordyceps 
- Rhodiola Extract 
- Tongkat Ali 
(Recently started all 4 of the above) 
  
Before I exercise (almost always I exercise in the morning) 
- Bullnox 
- GABA 
  
After I lift but before I do cardio 
- Beta Alanine & L-Histidine (both are in 1 tablet) 
- L-Arginine & Ornithine (both are in 1 tablet) 
- Green Tea Extract 
- Ginko Biloba 
  
Immediately after exercising 
- Dark Matter  
  
Later in the day 
- Emergen-C vitamin C 
  
Additional suplementation 
- Whey Protein 
- just ordered a Colostrum & Lactoferin combination from The Vitamin Shoppe 
- When I'm travelling, fishing, or hunting I will take MetRx Big 100 meal replacement bar 
  
  
Please give me your advice on my above mentioned stack. Am I taking things at the proper times, should I add or take away something, can I combine supplements some how?
