Default Seeking advice with my Supplement Stack

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site, registered today. I am looking for advice on/with my supplementation stack.

Before I list my stack I will give you some background information on me.
Age: 41
Gender: Male
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 175lbs
Body Composition: decent, between 8% and 9% body fat. Been this way most of my life.
Goal: Primary, I'd like to put on about 10lbs to 15lbs of muscle; secondary, reduce body fat (ie 175lbs x 8.5% = 14.88ish lbs of body fat, trying to get my body fat down to 10ish lbs or so.)
Exercise experience: I have been active pretty much my entire life playing various organized sports, I'm no stranger to the gym, and I enjoy exercising working out. I feel I'm fairly athletic but I'm not an elite athlete.
Lastly:
I eat fairly well, I stay away from fast food, I stay away from syrupy drinks like colas, I don't smoke, I don't eat mayo, nor do I drink coffee (don't like the tast nor do I want all that tar from coffee in my GI track.) I spend a lot of time in my vehical travelling for work.

My stack is:
At night I take
- Mucuna Pruriens (just recently started w/in last month)
- Secretagogue Gold (just recently started w/in last month)
- ZMA
- GABA
- DMEA
- 5-HTP

Upon waking
- HGHUp
- Cordyceps
- Rhodiola Extract
- Tongkat Ali
(Recently started all 4 of the above)

Before I exercise (almost always I exercise in the morning)
- Bullnox
- GABA

After I lift but before I do cardio
- Beta Alanine & L-Histidine (both are in 1 tablet)
- L-Arginine & Ornithine (both are in 1 tablet)
- Green Tea Extract
- Ginko Biloba

Immediately after exercising
- Dark Matter

Later in the day
- Emergen-C vitamin C

Additional suplementation
- Whey Protein
- just ordered a Colostrum & Lactoferin combination from The Vitamin Shoppe
- When I'm travelling, fishing, or hunting I will take MetRx Big 100 meal replacement bar


Please give me your advice on my above mentioned stack. Am I taking things at the proper times, should I add or take away something, can I combine supplements some how?

I would add vitamin D3. Add a multi B vitamin.
Selenium 200mcg a day for cancer prevention.
A probiotic drink or yogurt or fermented foods.
Do a search here on fermented food.
Are you depressed or have OCD or something? The supplements suggest you might.
Adding vitamin D3 and a B vitamin may eliminate that problem and you can get off of some of that stuff.
If you want to gain muscle you have to eat lots of protien and lift weights.
this will decrease your body fat over time.

Thank you Arrowwind09 for your suggestions to add D3, a multi B vitamin, selenium, and a probiotic.
As for your question (LOL), nope no depression, but my fiance (who's an RN) says I have undiagnossed OCD. On several occassions I have heard her tell her friends that she loves coming home knowing the house is clean, cloths are washed dryed folded and put away, no dishes in the sink etc....(LOL).

I changed whey protein for rice protein and it did wonders for me!!! just try to be carefull with the Tongkat Ali cause on my 7th day that i was taking it i almost died of a respiratory failure....strange to say my brother who was also taking it suffered the same symptoms.....and the only new thing we had introduced into our diets was the tongkat ali......also watch out for anger swings while taking it....i got into arguments with half the world those 7 days (lol)......i 2 take the 5 htp but after my workout at night an it seems to have also helped me with my insomnia, and for some reason has lowered my ocd (lol)

That's quite a line-up you have there! Must be costing you a fortune.

In my opinion, far better to concentrate on actual diet, centred on natural foods - fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Personally I would go with a top quality MV and a pure ocean kelp supplement. That covers everything.

Its really only OCD if your behavior disturbs you or others greatly and impairs life function. In this case I think not..
I asked because you seem to take a lot of stuff most depressed people are attracted to taking like the Rhodiola, GABA, and 5 -htp

Whats in secretogogue gold?
